Touring About

I've been working flat out down in Stirling recently, and doing a bit of travelling about Scotland with it.
Headed up to Aberdeen a week past Wednesday, think I'm going to go back up, I'd forgotten how lovely the train journey and the city are. Not to mention the fantastic weather the city had that day. Completely different from the West Coast.
Was also up at Inverness on Saturday to see a friend. The local Rural Institutes were competing in a Federation competition being hosted by Inverness and the Islands.. 16 teams and "Sing Forth" came third. Not bad for their first attempt.
Me - I spent the day in the pub chatting with Sharon and missed it all.....
Some things never change.
