Worst Wipeout: Tucking into a closeout barrel in shallow shore break at Hourtin and getting pounded into the sand. I still have the scar where it looks like someone's tried to nick my kidney!
Favourite Manoeuvre: Just surfing.
Worst Surfing Habit: Being too lazy to paddle and therefore getting 'sucked' inside.
Best Surfing Experience: Final wave, final day, final hour of my first, all boys, surf trip abroad, Hourtin Plague. 3ft glass perfection.
Weirdest Surfing Experience: Being one of five people out in the lineout at Hossegor, in the dark - three of whom were my mates - the other being Jamie O'brien.
Other Interests: Climbing, Volkswagens (of the camper variety), and I like playing funky stuff on the Sax.
