Week 9 - Rehearsals

Post categories:

Ö÷²¥´óÐã Strictly Suzy | 13:00 UK time, Thursday, 24 November 2011

The competition is certainly heating up now that our remaining couples have made it to week 9. If performing in front of thousands of people at Wembley last weekend didn't test their nerves enough, this week they will also compete in the 2011 Swing-a-thon!

Here is the full list of dance styles that our couples will be performing, along with their music selection:

We caught up with our couples in training to see how their routines are coming along ahead of the live show on Saturday.

Make sure you tune in to Ö÷²¥´óÐã One on Saturday 26th November at 7pm to see our dancing duos in action.

Yes Finally I have always wanted to be the first to comment!!! Training footage looks fantastic for all the couples. It is going to be an intense show I can see the competitive edge is unveiling itself for all the couples. CANT WAIT ~~****~~~***

It says robbie is doing a samba, although it looks like a charlston

@ Mizzjen4 - Agree it does look rather Charleston-ish. Though perhaps they showed the Swingathon rehearsals ;-D

Looking forward to the show - competition intensifies at this stage. Is it my imagination or are there fewer couples dancing a waltz this year. Well executed it is the essence of what ballroom is all about. Hope it isn't losing out to the more 'showy' dances.
