One question - what is the relevance of the chips? Like, the teabags and stuff make sense, but i'm not quite sure about the chips. Am I being stupid again? Feel free to enlighten me anybody....

Chips..maybe they couldn't have him fiddling with his specs this time lol health and safety and all that...don't think I saw him eating a lot of fish & chips in S1 so maybe he will do in S2 :D looks like he's near some kind of railings but not his cage Im think it's a bit too big for that..

ATfan1: Yeah, everyone's either nursing hangovers, coping with children/ inlaws and food/present shopping or too shagged out to even come on here... I have a 160ish mile journey across country (fortunately, not driving this time) but hope the roads are OK..they're not too bad around here but heaven knows what they're like where I'm headed (east coast-ish, also had snow) as its much more open and gets badly affected by snow (no hills to protect us). I'll take my chances...I wonder what the cast are doing now tho we know Sinead is on her holidays...?

I think it's chicken and chips. Weird combination. Anyway if it is then the chicken is a reference to the chicken on a string.

Just watching comic con for the first time. Still struck by how amazing Tovey is with people. He's so comfortable and funny. The American crowd know how to cheer. They cheered everything. We've got to step up our game with the cheers and stop being so British.

As for the chips I just think its about normality again - they represent normal human life and he's scrabbling around trying to pick up whatevers left of it. Maybe.

I'm alright ta - prepared for christmas hmm well I've spent the last few days living off baileys and chocolate (thats as christmassy as my diet lol I'm allergic to citrus so satsumas are out as are mince pies/christmas pudding/bucks fizz etc) so I guess so. Been and got some last minute pressies this morning gotta go get some more this afternoon and do some more wrapping, and make last few cards oh and make the crackers...oh and I gotta make some form of food to take to my mothers...Now I think of it why on earth am I on here...laters :-P

Being Human 2nd series is my best Christmas present so far!!! thanks bbc3! With relevance to the other comments about the 'chips'...just a thought but Mitchel was always eating and I recall him stating something about 'carbs' substituting blood since he was 'on the wagon'. What do you think?

Its officially Christmas so have a good one everyone :-) hope Mitchell survives the religiousness of the thing and everyone else survives the turkey, the copious amounts of alcohol and the family (all are equally dangerous I find) and I'll see you on the other side :-D Happy Christmas to the english/irish/scottish bloggers and Nadolig llawen to the welsh ones, oh and happy holidays to everyone else :-) I figure thats safest lol cover all bases!

Oh and how good were Sinead and Jason in victoria wood tonight?! I have to say the whole program wasnt as good as I'd hoped (dont watch lark rise to thingy so half of it was lost on me!) but they were both fantastic and the sketch they were in was brilliant made everyone laugh (Well me and my nan but its pretty much accepted that we're the only ones with a sense of humour lol and we loved it :-)) so yay for them...although I have to say I'm getting a little worried that Sinead may soon be able to take over the world lol and I really don't need anymore competition there :-D

I got JLCs book :-D and Mitchell and Webb :-) and lotsy dvdvds :-) and chocolate and i got JBs CD tooooooooooo :-D and on a mitchell note - I got some Laurel and Hardy dvdvds cos I dont have a video player anymore so cant watch mine lol and a couple of movies that ive got on video but not dvd

and now brandy and babycham cos we're so posh lmao been on jaques :-P

George is just genius! Brilliantly written character and superbly played. I did worry that I would never be able to see Russell as any other character but George as I beame more absorbed in the series but Russell is truly a wonderful actor and makes each role believable. Keep up the good work guys. xxx

As an Englishman living in Japan, I wanted to find out more about this series. I'd caught the first episode the last time I was in the UK and thought it was fascinating so I was very happy to find this official Ö÷²¥´óÐã website with various trailers, background stories etc.
Until, of course, I tried to play one of the trailers and got a "NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA" message.
Way to go Auntie Beeb! Alienate all ex-pats and foreigners from your site - that'll really stimulate world interest in your shows!
I know we don't pay the TV licence fees that keep the Ö÷²¥´óÐã going but, come on, making your trailers unviewable to overseas viewers is just shooting yourself in the foot. Especially when you combine this with the damning reviews for the "Being Human" Series 1 DVD on Amazon.uk! The reviewers are almost universally in agreement that the Ö÷²¥´óÐã has put out an awful version of an originally great series with a sub-standard replacement music track and absolutely none of the bonus material created for this site (or even the pilot episode!).
So - I can't watch the trailers and, if I wanted to still take a chance and buy the DVD, the reviews clearly point to it being a mere travesty of the show that first aired. Not really selling yourselves very well, are you?
