Could be a funeral director (what is that little pin badge on his lapel???) or a vampire funeral director come to take away Alex' body? All will be revealed...

Evening everyone! Wow, the bloggers have been busy. Need to catch up on all the comments. Interesting theory about the guy above being a AL bureaucrat. He does look a little annoyed. Wonder what Annie has done this time.
About tonight. I haven't read any theories about it so far and maybe most people don't really care but I've been contemplating whether we will see more of FW/FE on this episode. So far she has only interacted directly with Annie but I would love for her to have a couple of scenes with Tom and Hal as well.

It would be nice to see Annie going with an angel, it would be a fitting end to her story. We learnt in series 1 that behind the door wasn't "something nice" it was "something else", which is why I've never been sure why we're ok people go, so maybe it's not the whole story and Mr Rook will complete the story.

43/44: I'm sure there are very lovely estate agents... :=) What about a vampire traffic warden? I'm sure due to the genius of the BH writing team they'd get us to even like one of them!

As for this guy, I think he's there for Annie. I have no basis in fact for it though

Oh my, this is already moving to quickly for me, no way am I going to be able to keep up tonight! Will try to be around for support group afterwards though, think I might need it! They can't kill Annie! Or Cutler! But especially not Annie!

Hi, brand new to blogging on the BH site, so apologies in advance if I repeat what has already been said and hopefully, I wont bore you all too much with my thoughts.

Been a fan since the pilot and always always, always, end up with predictions / thoughts come the final episode. Though none good enough to be spoilers though. Last series. I had a Mitchell and George cage fight confidently predicted, with series 5 being a ‘Search for Spock’ like epic, with the gang trying to resurrect M, Herrick holding the cards with the secret to M’s return and McNair and Tom providing the ‘moody, useful in a scrap with a dark past’ vibe that M brought to the mix. So, with that stunning track record, here goes…

Annie or Hal is the true Saviour. Annie will finally be allowed to blossom into the Avenging Angel we have seen hinted at since her and George raided Herrick’s undertakers parlour.
Or Hal will repent and decide to defend humanity. We still do not know what turned him bad in the unaltered timeline. The loss of Pearl and Leo, going on a Ki’ora bender, who knows?
Either Alex will keep Hal on the straight and narrow or he will be ripped apart by Tom and come good.
Why? Becausemy half arsed theory is, in the last series the resurrected Herrick appeared almost human, returned to the ‘just converted’ stage of being a vampire. Possibly he regained his soul but losing it when he drank and became good old Herrick again.
Maybe Hal will be torn apart, resurrected by he OO's but, this time, choose to reject the Vampire way, having regained his soul. Maybe.
But probably not.

Annie will go thru Alex’s door. Whether she takes on Annie’s super powered status, don’t know.

Kemp will return from Purgatory to save the human race, sort of.

The Prophecy / War Child is a Vampire mis-direction to give human race something to cling to and survive for. (Because killing something that had hope, only to have it dashed makes it that much tastier….)

Tom will die.

Mr Snow WILL be a judge on X-Factor and BGT for series 6. (‘First prize, we save you from being one of the herd and you will be young and beautiful forever, like us’ – too good a bit of satire to miss, surely?)

The skeletons in the Han Solo type frieze behind Snow are Wyndham, Herrick and Mitchell….

‘Course, none of the above will happen as LT always throws a curveball and outthinks me.
But then, that’s why I’m a fan.

Hi everyone - just a quick post as won't be around until after the ep - I can't WAIT to see what Mr Rook is here for. Steven Robertson was utterly chilling on Luther, and it looks as though all the big guns are coming out tonight! Had a quick glance through the other feeds on here, and apols if I'm repeating anything that's already been said, but tonight I'm thinking vaguely -oh so very vaguely, as this is such a deep pool to jump into - along the lines of......

Cutler submits to the OO's and goes back to Brazil with them and Hal is abandoned (hmm, seems too easy, even as I write it...)
Annie crosses over, taking Baby Eve
The Woman (she's still credited as The Woman, even though she's told Annie that she's future Eve) is a red herring. Don't know what her significance is, but don't trust her.
Tom HAS to survive - we've only scratched the surface of his character, and we're seeing him realise that all the birds and the bees chat he got from his Dad has left him really ill-prepared for the real world. Hal and Tom need each other.

I'll hold my hands up and admit that I've got absolutely no idea, but I quite like that in a weird way :-)

Sorry for lurking and then brain-dumping on you. I hope to be back, as I'll be in need of the group therapy on the other side of series 4 for sure.

67 @0positiv. I'll never forget the time a massive spider fell from the cealing onto the pillow right next to my head scream wasn't in it. It was so big you could hear it plop.

Then there was the time in January when my husband strolled downstairs with a wolf spider on his arm that was in the bed with him. *Shudder*.

If he is called rook, then it might be interesting that the rook or crow, is associated in mythology with travel between life and death. Sometimes it is believed that they guide souls from life to the after-life. So it would be a good name for an undertaker, or indeed for someone sent from the after-life for Annie.

On a more grisly note, Rooks are carrion-eaters, so maybe another supernatural who preys on human-flesh. Hmm maye I've been wearing these zombie slippers too long...

and srsly...that thing with the 1.5 spiders was just a joke *rolls her eyes* because on the other blog Saint had the OO eating leeches ^^
