Had a laugh at work today, it was secret santa exchange - i dipped out because some people were off sick so my two friends made me a bad santa gift. googled images of 'Adian Turner' downloaded the hotest one and laminated it for me - only it was Aidan Davenge who plays Aidan Turner on All My Children! i laughed so hard it was brilliant but the thought was fantastic of them.

have now doctored the poster with an AT improsed head of the other's body - still something to drool over when i'm bored! lol

Ah but Devonshiregirl...Aiden Deavene(?) doesn't have the body of the beautiful one ( I know this having studied it carefully from Des Roms and The Clinic for my vids....and for no other purpose you understand...) so ..nope...superimposing head on body won't do it..check out new poster from BhProductions ( see twitter)for new pic of our man...grrrrhhhhh!

That drawing of Mitchell....I'm sure I could improve on it....I have a life drawing class in mind with Aidan as the model...it's been a while since I did life drawing...the last time was when I was at Art School with 2 guys I went to school with...the male model stripped off, I never batted an eyelid and they went all colours of the sunset poor guys..

Has anyone noticed, if they get on to the "website" via the link above and scroll down to the picture of a Type 1 (vampire) supposedly standing in the rain outside of a house...that you'll see 2 figures, not just the one...check it out..I'm sure I'm not imagining it....

Was talking to a workmate whos pretty new to BH (another recruit - wahey - getting good at this lol) she watched it (loved it obviously!)first comment "You're right the werewolf's really kinda cute" Lol followed by "is it in his contract that he has to get his kit off every episode?!" And hadn't thought about it but I think he does doesn't he...or at least gets his top off in every episode...wahey...and apparently Aidan joins him in the nakedness series 2...something for everyone lol

Oh eagle do tell.. how do you know about Aidan getting naked in BH2 ?all i heard was that he gets his kit off but that could mean anything....what do you know that we don't !

Brown I was just referring to waht they said at Notts - something about the boys being naked quite a lot. I then read an interview with Toby about Nina and should she become a werewolf would Sinead have to spend as much time naked as Russell does to which Toby said "its only fair - its sexual equality" lol

cenSSA - I'm wondering if maybe they're just "the public face" of something a bit more serious - some unassuming geeky bloke who fishes and does sudoku lol getting people, not knowing what they're doing, to report possible vampires/werewolves/ghosts thinking they're just "building up a picture of supernatural britain" or whatever he says when actually kemp/the professor/whoever is really in charge are hunting them down? Maybe?

All i see when I see the picture though is C3PO and I can't help wondering if the other figure you're seeing is R2D2.... :) Oh how geeky I am sounding haha!

Geneviere... perhaps this guy is pretty innocent and is just interested but then Prof J comes along and takes his research to use or soemthing... whooooo knows!!i think prof J is gonna be aiming for Goerge to get the others... I think Goerge is very weak and would just think "CURE!!!" and go for it where as Mitchell will be much more cautious!

my gushing comments about how much i enjoyed watching series 1 have been removed by a moderator... :-( it does look like there are going to be many twists and turns in series 2. the way they do the suspense literally has you holding your breath at times...

how do you distinguish between a favourite character?! they are all FANTASTIC actors and their characters are so well written. i love how george is a complete contradiction in terms between his two beings - so very jumpy as human george. episode 5 was hysterical with george and annie fighting the vampires - so funny. the scenes with aidan just make you exhale...!

and what an excellent production team teasing so very often with clips and clues for the new series.

I have watched Lloyd a couple of times now and thought at first....nut-job. Now I think he is brilliantly funny (is he supposed to be?) unfortunately he has the sort of madness that will drag us all along with him...in no time at all he will seem perfectly normal and will be talking perfect sense.

They're all favourites but some, ahem, are more of a favourite than others...they're all excellent actors in their own ways but I'm sorry, there's something about Aidan (not just the looks incidentally, I'm not quite that shallow!) that appeals...there's an expression, something familiar about him...oh I dunno I mentioned this to VF a while ago...it's just odd...but they're all brilliant...

One jarring thing about the Daisy/Ivan vid was the Pooh Bear/Piglet thing...made me squirm a bit..what did you think?

As the news of who had got started coming through I wanted to chip in with Yays but thought it would not be very nice for those who hadn't been lucky...did they let you know that you were not getting tickets?

VF: A few people on Twitter said they'd not been able to get them as they'd no email confirming it...only two or three had...made me think they were in very short supply but the cinema isn't that enormous according to one tweet (or was it post?) from someone who'd checked it out, so I've no idea where all the other tickets have gone, whether some of them were kept aside for people in the business or whether they'd all gone to fans...really unsure about that...we'll find out on the day I guess..I haven't gone OTT in the ticket thing either, only mentioned it when asked..I feel bad for folks who couldn't get them....a lot were gutted because they'd been after them for other people as they couldn't go themselves and felt bad they weren't successful, like they were letting folks down but of course they weren't, it's just the luck of the draw...such a shame you and brown can't go...but we've been hugely lucky to have gone in October...that god we did really..

I waited still hopeful til this morning but still nothing so I think I have to assume I wasnt lucky - (seems like they dont notify you if you arent) - v disappointed as I was on the app site so early. I'll have to focus on my BAFTA ticket and look forward to hearing Toby and seeing ep1 - but not seeing rest of cast.....

I am really upset for the people who didn't get tickets. I can only say that we will make sure we get as much information as possible and report back fully to everyone.

Brilliant: The thing is, we were told by someone in the know (unless they were winding us up!) that some of the bad characters aren't necessarily bad and some of the good aren't good...I'm just wondering if one of these two starts bad (like Daisy), hooks Mitchell in to her life or tries to, then starts to fall for him, then saves him in some way or does something good anyway...then gets killed/dies somehow... or maybe Lucy is worse than we think...she kind of looks like butter wouldn't melt so maybe she's the worst of the lot...lol

They do tend to do that in BH...get people who don't necessarily look bad who turn out to be evil...I mean look at Mitchell...looks vampiric, is a vampire but there's a lot of good in him (we won't go there right now...I could go on..)...yet Herrick looked positively angelic with that cherubic face, and was a trifle psychotic.... nothing is ever as it seems here, is it? Lovely stuff!

The pic of Ewan type 1 on the Censsa site is niggling at me. Nothing related to anything but doesn't he remind of you an actor? I have no idea who and it's irritating me but the pic really resembles this guy I've got in my head. Anyone help?

I know what you mean...I've been trying to work out who he looks a bit like and the only chap I can come up with (although he has a bit more meat on him than the picture on the blog post) is David Troughton...son of Patrick Troughton, a ex-Dr Who (I'm sure you know that!)...and in his 50s...he has a similar look but the drawn face is longer and thinner...tho there is a resemblance there...he plays loads of baddies....

If this mysterious police chief is appearing in S2, am wondering if there is a link between the Glaswegian who tried to take on Mitchell back when Mitchell lived there, and him...maybe Mitchell/another vampire made that guy a vampire and this police chief is him...come back for revenge in some way or other...

Hi nikki, yeah, we went to see him a couple of months ago in a tiny little village hall which only held about 250 people where he was sort of doing a run through for his material for Edinburgh...he was fab.
Yes, he was Comedy channel...have you seen his 'Luggage' piece? Its on YT...probably the funniest sketch I have ever seen

I live in Rugeley, next to Cannock Chase. It probably isn't werewolves. It's probably Rugeley people. I'd rather wander around the woods with werewolves. They are more intelligent, decent and smell better. You are more likely to survive an encounter with werewolves. Luckily, if you are bitten by a Rugeley person you don't have the horror of becoming one of them.
