And so we come to the end of our deleted and extended scenes, and it's an unusual one today featuring a familiar scene in a totally different way. Did you know this scene originally featured Campbell as well as Mitchell?

What do you think of the changes? See the difference for yourself...

    Finally!

  • Comment number 2.

Oh, I hoped to be the first one to comment, nevermind. Another scene with Mitchell, yippee :) I just wish I could watch it in my country. Well, I guess that until it ahows up on youtube, I'm gonna have to do with the comments. Keep them coming :))).

  • Comment number 3.

Thanks TEAM...another good one, although I liked it...I preferred the one that went out better.

Don't kill anyone today...like that...a bit like weight watchers but with blood instead of biccies.

  • Comment number 4.

The scene as it is here doesn't seem to make as much sense: did the police chief think it would take 2 vampires to kill one 'peedo'?
And how many of the vampires does he actually know, if he can contact Campbell too?

  • Comment number 5.

Aww BHP thank you, you lovely lot!! :) xx

Morning all, hope everyone is okay today

I do like this scene, it gives us a chance to see Mitchell portraying the side of helping everyone keep clean and seeing how he deals with it. I enjoyed seeing this in action, and looking at the relationship between the two vampires. However, I do prefer the original scene and am glad that it was that scene that was shown.

  • Comment number 6.

I did get a bit confused...was Campbell going to kill the 'peedo' to satisfy his blood lust or was he sent to carry out a punishment. I thought it was interesting how the 'peedo' was trying to justify to Mitchell how difficult it is to fight an addiction.

  • Comment number 7.

Oh, how rude of me! Or at least of my computer. Post 1 was supposed to read
'Finally! Thanks BHP for another interesting alternative view, worth waiting for.' But I think there are too many cat hairs on the mouse, things keep highlighting and deleting themselves!

6 At the beginning of the clip Campbell does say 'Wilson sent me' so I guess the chief was hedging his bets? Or trying to get several of the vampires to 'fall off the wagon' at the same time?

  • Comment number 8.

silver....thanks, that would explain it...think I'm getting confused with Wilson previously telling M he wanted the peedo dead....

  • Comment number 9.

In some ways this version makes more sense. I could never figure why the pedo was SO scared of Michell when he didn't do the eyes and teeth thing, but this way by the time he's told he'll be safer in prison he's probably soiled himself.

  • Comment number 10.

A quick glance in my lunch hour and I have to agree with Firebird I also couldn't understand why the pedo was so scared of Mitchell, as he knew they were vampires it now makes sense. I have to say I wasn't exactly scared of Cambells fangs, seemed tame after episode 7 :-)

  • Comment number 11.

    oh my lord>>>>>>>>>>

i am shocked had no idea it would be on at this time thank god i was at home wahey here goes!

  • Comment number 12.

even though mitchell seemed quite powerful in this scene i think he was quite vulnerable he saw something in the pedo that scared him. he saw himself the hunger for something which shouldnt be allowed thats why he said to him you have to be in prison. it was almost like he was talking to himself.

and plus the fact that he was accused of being one in series 1 made him quite sensitive to it as well. In way telling the pedo to give himself up was really saying look you have an escape from this you can lock yourself up and eventually die but i have to live with this forever.

  • Comment number 13.

3- vampfan defo like weight watchers i know first hand
'not today but maybe i can have it tomorrow'

    hahahah luv it!

  • Comment number 14.

annette...that was me just being ...well, me really. But you have made some really good points in 12...Mitchell is appalled by the peedo but at the same time sees himself.

  • Comment number 15.

    Thanks BHProd :)

I assume there was originally also a different take on the scene where Mitchell walks into the funeral directors and finds Wilson there. Looks to me like Wilson was going behind Mitchells back (afterall Mitchell only called in cos of fight with George otherwise he might have gone straight to Lucy's). Wilson turned up and convinced Campbell to go after the pedo, Mitchell turns up and finds out what Wilson has done and heads after Campbell to stop him... to me this scene then makes a bit more sense all the 'I must lead by example' speech when the pedo couldn't have know what he was or why he was there was a bit odd. However in spite of that I vote with others for prefering the cut down version - sorry but Campbell comes over as a bit of a wimpish Vampire when you put him alongside Micthell :) even with a fangy grin and a hiss he is only 10% as scary as Mitchell doing his intense, up close glower!!

  • Comment number 16.

he comes across very high and mighty in this its like he is saying
oh well in know i have killed hundreds of people in my time but well 'you are the lowest of the low' he is appalled by him ironically!

and well the pedo may have known about the vampires but knowing about something and actually coming to point of having your throat torn out are two different things.

i think wilson sent campbell to say 'look we arent just killing everyday people here we are removing the scum as well so lets justify what we do make everyone happy and kill not only the good ones but the bad guys too'

  • Comment number 17.

..meant to add - a bit hypocritical of Mitchell in this version, persuading Campbell to leave the biccies alone 'just for today' and then heading back and eating the whole packet himself!!

  • Comment number 18.

17- totally agree moonwalker like i said in (16) very high and mighty
and a little arrogant if thats the word.

  • Comment number 19.

    Afternoon all...

Enjoyed that deleted scene, pretty much the same as I enjoyed the original scene...they must've changed it so that the later story of Mitchell going back to see Wilson (with Vicky...ahem) worked out... there'd be a good link to Mitchell killing Wilson then...

I've seen Mitchell being...Mitchell...and now I am very happy...

  • Comment number 20.

BH PROD TEAM: Thanks for those deleted scenes....very interesting stuff for us to comment upon there...

Not being, um, greedy but you couldn't hint at the sort of thing we're going to be getting next, could you? Not too much, just a little taster of what might be coming up, please....?? I can't think what else you guys have up your sleeves but I'm guessing it's pretty damned tasty!

    Thanks a million! xxxx

  • Comment number 21.

mitchell being mitchell yes but i also thought he had a bit of herrick in him there dont you?

  • Comment number 22.

anglo i think we are getting music from series 2 to add to our playlists and i have a funny feeling we are going to get a montage of each character icluding NINA please BH PROD!

if not there is that boyfriend girlfriend deleted scene between nina and george which i so thought should have been kept in. Its the one where nina tells george she is going on the pill. i loved it and would love to see that again i know its series 1 but maybe it could be added to a funniest moment montage.

  • Comment number 23.

    Afternoon Annette!

I think all the vampires have that Herrick side to them, the killing machine side to their personalities....Mitchell having been 'Big Bad John' would have had that part of his psyche more than most, probably....it's weird, when I compare the character of Mitchell before he was bitten by Herrick during WW1 (selfless, offering to save the lives of his comrades in return for the curse of vampirism)to what he became afterwards, a real bad-ass vampire, how did Herrick "know" that Mitchell was going to turn out like that? In Episode 5 of S2 when they were both in Josie's flat, they had that conversation...I think in some strange way Mitchell felt beholden to Herrick for not killing him outright, for giving him some kind of a life, and that's why he initially went along with Herrick for years, killing and behaving appallingly...until he met Josie.

He never told Herrick he'd allowed Josie to live either, otherwise Herrick would have put an end to that little relationship; he couldn't have allowed her to live because that would have put his hold over Mitchell in jeopardy.

I'm thinking that the reason that Mitchell retains that "better" part to his character is that he gave up his soul, or part of it, in order to allow other men to die properly instead of becoming vampires.... that kind of selflessness remained with him, a good part...probably why he found it easier to stay on the wagon and to recognise that after all the killing he'd done, he wanted to try and to turn his life around, like he remembered the good he'd done in the past and the kind of person he was, and wanted it again.

Phew, sorry about that....bit of a long post there! I hope in Series 3 he lives and his character finds some form of happiness or contentment...reckon he deserves it after all the stuff that's happened to him!

  • Comment number 24.

Wooooo more Being Human clips-finally =D Thank you BHP, keep them coming please, im getting withdrawl symptoms!!

  • Comment number 25.

    hi anglo

yes i agree with your comments as a soldier you are taught to save others you must give your self up to protect them. thats exactly what he done it was honourable and because herrick had given him that life he honoured herrick because herrick allowed him to be what he was a soldier who would give up his own life to protect his men 'he was a hero' and saw that in herrick too.

remember this was a re-birth for mitchell so herrick was the daddy showing him what to do and how to do it and how to survive in this new life, unfortunately for herrick he had taken mitchells mortality but he didnt remove the hero in him or his conscious.

mitchell needs affection from someone else for him to be a better person for! and i think that will be in series 3 whether it be annie or another josie type figure.
thats why he was so betrayed by lucy because he finally found someone who knew him and accepted him therefore could redeem himself from his hunger!

Sorry that was long too !

  • Comment number 26.

Thanks for the clip but I'm kinda glad it wasn't like this in the episode that aired.

I agree with 23- I hope Mitchell can find some sort of contentment next series. I know that it is meant to be that the first series was a supernatural threat, the second series was a human threat but I think that for Mitchell the biggest threat has always been himself and what he is, so who knows whats going to happen in series 3?!

I really hope that the gang aren't torn apart anymore then they already have been...they properly drifted away from each other last series and I worry that with the threat apparently being themselves this next series that its going to happen even more. Some care needs to be taken because realistically there is only so far that friendships will stretch when it comes to forgiveness and such...I trust the writers though- they have done themselves proud so far :)

  • Comment number 27.

Hi everyone...and thanls Mr P and Team for this final deleted/extended scene.

Like most comments I think I prefer the way they eventually ran it ...somehow, with Mitchell making that journey to the peedo's house on his own, and 'dealing with it' on his own..made the scene more intemse and powerful.
They would have had to run the previous scene ( Chief Con handing Mitchell photo and address of the peedo) differently had they gone with this extended scene as Campbell would have had to been given same info to find the house...the insinuation from this is that the Chief Con would therefore have had contacts with other vampires behind Mitchell's back. I prefer the fact that the storyline for Campbell remained to the end that he was keeping 'clean' and keeping loyal to Mitchell.
Agree with al those who say that Campbell as a vampire wasn't particularly scary.

annette...don't think that the peedo knew about vampires....loved his line though when Cambell told him he was a vampire " oh..that's different..!" neither do I see Mitchell as being arrogant in this clip...he's disgusted at the guy's alledged behaviour but is fighting hard within himsef to exercise retraint. I loved the link that Toby made between the language used by the peedo ..( "Each time I think I've beaten it.....it's only sleeping...I try to fight it it gets into my bones...") and similar language..in places identical...which Mitchell used in the scene at Lucy's house to describe his addiction.

Anglo:..I've always thought that Herrick's 'hold' over Mitchell was related to power..and loyalty. When Mitchell decided that he wanted to control the need to kill and feed that's when the power/loyalty bond began to shift and change.

  • Comment number 28.

Ooh I like :-) bet the actor who played campbell was gutted lol it was nice but it didn't really work - I mean it made sense but it was a bit...unnecessary I liked out version better :-) always good to see more mitchell though

Just can't wait for filming to start now so we can start getting some more behind the scenes bits yay :-) thanks blog team :-)

  • Comment number 29.

    hi dorina

yes loved the description of addiction from the pedo thats why mitchell dismissed it, was a little too close to home for him to hear. like i said in my comment earlier, mitchell saw too much of himself in the pedo, telling him to turn himself in and go to prison was very insightful.

if you are locked up you cant do any harm and you can die knowing that but i can never die i have to live with what i have done everyday and forever.

maybe envious of the pedo's mortality that one day he will have an end to his guilt. personally i wasnt scared by campbell either didnt even shudder no wonder the pedo wasnt, remember he has to be quite dark himself to be what he is, maybe he wants an end to it all.

mitchell however sends shivers down my spine everytime even when he isnt the vampire, thats why he plays the part so well.
but i still think he was very similar to herrick in this and arrogant, very calm by what he says 'not today' showing he has control over what he does and what the other vampires do as well.

  • Comment number 30.

hi eagle hope u are ok,

i didnt like campbell as a vampire made me laugh actually and wasnt disturbing like this scene should have been but i thought it was necessary to see how mitchell was in control now!

  • Comment number 31.

for whoever is on must dash i will be on later tonight
    have a good day!

and again thanks BH prod !
    xxx

  • Comment number 32.

    Wow thanks BHP! X
Really liked this scene actually. I like the idea of Mitchell being repulsed by the peado, but also seeing something of himself in there too. Very good.

  • Comment number 33.

    Hi!Good to see everyone back!
FYI I found the dvd, in the end..
BH Prod.. could you please pretty pretty please put these last videos on youtube for your poor foreing watchers/bloggers? é____è

  • Comment number 34.

    Afternoon everyone! :)

Thank you for another video BHProd! Please accept party rings in thanks! *grin*

I think I prefer the aired scene, but it was nice to see more Mitchell! ;) Was this the bit with the Tracey Beaker line? Hmm, I'm slipping - I need to watch them again! ;)

  • Comment number 35.

Afternoon! Thanks BHP you're a star!

I actually preffered this clip to the original. I liked the Mitchell/Campbel guidance they had going. However, I'm sure at one point I thought Mitchell was lying to him that the blood lust would get better (when he talkes about his ex).

Aidan really does get top marks for his acting this season. Love how he gets quite irish when angry. (Don't worry, I still thought LC and RT were amazing this season too!).

  • Comment number 36.

still upset there was no Nina but thanks for this last scene I have to go with the general view that the aired scene worked better but there is a chance that Campbell over heard about the pedo but it dose seem like the chief would have hedged his bets.
his reference to "dozens of names and dozens of soldiers" and "Wonderful bloody chaos" he would have given all the vampires he could a name, address and photo.

  • Comment number 37.

Aye, I did think a Nina scene might have appeared. I wonder if there will be more on the DVD?

  • Comment number 38.

fingers crossed for DVD Nina on the 12th

  • Comment number 39.

I was hoping for Nina but everyone seems v happy with Mitchell so ah well! I really really hope there will be Nina scenes on DVD... GO NINA! Lol :P

  • Comment number 40.

And too think most of us (defo me anyway!) were convinced Nina was going to be killed off.

  • Comment number 41.

    hmm...

well there was nothing lost with the change and as always AT was brilliant.

  • Comment number 42.

not me I had great faith in Nina surviving i think i said he would have had her around for more episodes if she was to be killed of he said main character. I should have worked out it would be Annie as she is the only one who could be brought back.

  • Comment number 43.

It almost seemed that Mitchell knew that Campbell was there the way he rushed into the room and told him to stop. I have to agree about AT's acting in series 3, certainly raised the bar up a fair few notches, and as someone said seeing Big Bad John in action instead of just hearing about him,has been a real eye opener, and although dark I've really enjoyed it.

  • Comment number 44.

At least someone had faith Ewan!

DS - it was great (in a psychotic way) to see bad Mitchell. I found it previously weird to imagine Mitchell having two sides to him. I always just imagined nice, charming Mitchell who had the occasional murdering tendencies. He was rather bad though!

  • Comment number 45.

Awwww yeah, Nina. Poor Nina. We need more of Nina!

  • Comment number 46.

    44. DGTTD..Exactly, I found it difficult to imagine the dark side of Mitchell as he was in series 1, he was just so charming, but now in no doubt at all, but errrrr still find Big Bad John totally appealing although in no doubt whatsoever now of what he is capable of. Great acting from AT.

  • Comment number 47.

    43. Getting carried away, meant series 2

  • Comment number 48.

Hehe, i'm sure he'll shine in series 3. And yeah he was rather appealing.

  • Comment number 49.

500 murderers? Thats all very good Mitchell, but are they as pretty as you?

Lovely clip. Thanks a lot BHprod! I love this scene, but prefer the one used in the episode myself. I do like bad Mitchell ;)

  • Comment number 50.

Laurer, YES we do need more Nina. I always said she was going to survive, Sinead is a fabulous actress and we should be seeing more of her on our screens! I've seen a fw scenes with Nina and Mitchell, and lots with Nina and George, but maybe there should be more Nina and Annie scenes? They are both fabulous!

  • Comment number 51.

This adds a little more to Campbell who we didn't really see much of, he was struggling with the addiction and Mitchell helped him.

I love how Campbell is a bit lame, even in vampire mode, also when they say no one showed him how to recruit I think they just sort of rejected him for being a bit pathetic. :D I like Campbell though, shame he died. :)

Thanks for these scenes BHP, I hope there are still some on the DVD, I think there will be because there were more than 5 on the series 1 box set and this series is longer. Yay! DVD I wonder when we find out what is on it, like commentaries etc

  • Comment number 52.

LBH - More Annie and Nina would be great! Think they'd have a bit of a connection, what with Owen pushing Annie down the stairs and obviously something bad happened to Nina (scars - maybe abusive?)

  • Comment number 53.

"No one showed Campbell how to recruit"

It seems none of them really new how to, like it was a privaliged secret. Lauren didn't know either at first (think she found out with Becca though).

  • Comment number 54.

51 (DF) - yes you're right, there were only 6 episodes in S1 and more deleted scenes, so there has to be more on S2... doesnt there? DOESN'T THERE?!! lol!!

DGGTD - oh yeah that wouold be such a good story. Nina finally opening up to Annie, Annie sharing her past and basically just being there for eachother! Gotta love Nina and Annie, scenes of them together? Would be amazing!!

  • Comment number 55.

I'd love to see some of the outtakes too - like the Mitchell/Lauren stake scene from S1 that we saw on BH unearthed.
And while I'm at it, another BH Unearthed would be AMAZING!

  • Comment number 56.

    (53) I think Lauren knew by then she says "You just need to let her drink from you".

However pilot Lauren says "I want to start recruiting, but they say I have to wait"

So obviously there is some gap between when they are recruited and when they can recruit, maybe that is a biological thing or just a rule thought up by Herrick, who knows?

  • Comment number 57.

Oh yes!! Annie and Nina are awesome. It was lovely how Nina told her first about the curse and how Annie looked after her. Awwwwww

  • Comment number 58.

Laurar - see, some scenes between them would be lovely, some girlie scenes

  • Comment number 59.

We have less than 9 months to fill with out takes commentaries the story lines of characters and the series, before we get sneak peeks at series 3
Still I think we could do with more Nina

  • Comment number 60.

Ewan - you know I whole heartedly agree on the whole more Nina front! :)

  • Comment number 61.

60 - truly this means you must be wise

do you think we might get a Nina's journey blog? you know as she goes through the stages of grief coming to terms with her new state of being

  • Comment number 62.

Girlie scenes?? whatever do you mean?

  • Comment number 63.

62 (LAURAR) - what do you think I mean? Both of them together, emotions running high etc etc!

61 (EWAN) - I am very wise. I do hope we get a video of Nina's journey, whether or not dearest Toby meant it, Nina is now an integral part of the show!

  • Comment number 64.

Right, so I've got some queiries that have been pestering me. I've never analysed a show such much in my life, how sad!

Why did Annie completely give up on Mitchell by epi 7? They seemed ok (obv not that okay) during the last proper M/G/A scene in the bedroom (remem the wierd 'lets use a magazine to clean ourselves' bit?!). And Annie had left her goodbye message before blood drunk Mitchell came on to her. Are we meant to believe it was just distance that drove them apart? I feel like we missed something.

And, does anyone else think that Herrick recruiting Cara held an important meaning behind it?

Sorry for throwing that at you guys, has been annoying me!

  • Comment number 65.

Oh lurve - I get you now. Sorry!

  • Comment number 66.

    64
    - it was seeing her mother and her 'two dad's' leaving that made her want to move on not what Mitchell did. including wiping his arms and ass

    - he saw her in the hospital canteen and liked her but you never know

    - a good enough catch?

  • Comment number 67.

Laurar - good!! I'm glad I dont need to further explain myself to your standards :P - I just love Nina and Annie, the actresses are great, as I'm sure you would agree

DGTTD: I think it was the distance that led them to drift apart. All relationships from S1 have changed in some way, and I think to feel so distanced from someone who once used to be there for you all the time, must play some kind of impact on the relationship as a whole. I don't think there was anything else that played a massive part in the way their friendship turned out by episode 7.

  • Comment number 68.

i always thought herrick was looking for a follower - someone who would idolise him and hang on his every word. in a way i think he had that from Mitchell till he went on the wagon and grew up. sort of like your parents getting a cat when the kids have grown up and moved out!!

  • Comment number 69.

Hmm, 66. Could be, could be. It just seems suspicious.

Had to get it out my head! Score.

Did some lovely person mention we'll get a blog concerning the BH music?

  • Comment number 70.

68 - that's right M-R-T in ep 3 she refers to Herrick as 'our brave captain' in the same episode when she kills the girls and boasts about it to Mitchell she was doing what a lot of people do when their idols are dead and become him in the group but she wasn't strong enough and is shocked to silence when she isn't followed as Herrick would have been.

  • Comment number 71.

69 - I said that the music from last series is on the blogs from that time so you will have to go back to January February and March 2009 blogs to scan for it and this years music is on the episode pages for as long as they remain active

  • Comment number 72.

69 - i think it was mentioned late last week that we would be receiving a blog about the BH music :)

  • Comment number 73.

72 - ah that yes there is one to come as well

  • Comment number 74.

@DGTTD "the wierd 'lets use a magazine to clean ourselves' bit" - not cleaning, just Mr Cheepskate rubbing himself with a perfume advert so he's smell good :-)

  • Comment number 75.

Thanks BH Prod - very interesting - it answered some queries - like why the guy was so scared - but raised others as pointed out above - like how did Campbell's involvement work with the Chief Inspector scene. Agree that Campbell is not very scary. It's amazing how AT can do this scene with such conviction in more than one way - I know that's his job and the skill of acting - but it still impresses me that an actor as good as AT can repeat the same lines with total conviction each time.
On the Annie/Mitchell question - seeing again the last chat between George and Annie - it's lovely the way they show how close they are - but still struck me that she says if George cant see her anymore - then "no-one" can - ie she's discounting Mitchell totally. She cant know what he's done - but still seems to feel he's gone for good.
But he still felt it when she went! Hope she realised that from the other side of the door.
Also struck by Sykes to Annie - there's life and there's the door and in between there's ghosts - but youre different! Which means she can come back through??

sorry - too long! that's what rewatching does!

  • Comment number 76.

75 - I keep forgetting about what Annie says to George in the facility - rubbish aren't I?! But yeah I think that sentence had a lot more back story. than just George not being able to see her. I think she genuinely feel distanced and uninvolved with Motchell until that final scene in the TV

  • Comment number 77.

celticgrace - yeah, those were my kinda thoughts. I just find it odd she didn't really try. They all kinda gave up.

She'll get back through, maybe the corridor folk can't really control her, as you said, she was different.

I've been watching way too closely too! Convinced that Annie meant something behind her words 'dont't forget me' (something like that). She kept looking at Mitchell like this was something important.

  • Comment number 78.

Annie, in my opinion, is way too underrated. Just thought I'd let you know incase you didn't already.

  • Comment number 79.

77 - and George - typically? - does a U turn in ep8 - telling Mitchell on the phone to stay away from them now - then in the corridor - "Im not losing you" - even when Mitchell threatens to kill him.
(that corridor scene just gets better and better when you rewatch! - though I still want just 2 more seconds with Mitchell looking back at George struggling with his decision - wonder if there's an extended scene sitting somewhere in the tapes?? )

  • Comment number 80.

@DGTTD I was wondering about that comment from Annie 'no one will be able to see me' as well. Mitchell had been so tied up with being King of the Vampires he had really disengaged from the whole house / threesome scene and then with the explosion, no longer turning up for work etc etc he retreated further. I wonder if Annie just felt he had no time left for her and with George leaving to live with Sam she felt like she was left all alone, even if she wasn't.

  • Comment number 81.

That whole scene from the pain to George was so good!

    Laurar - You are right!

  • Comment number 82.

Laurar - I have said that from the start = she needs some stalkers like AT have got...

celticgrace - George always does U-turns as you said!! He is so hilarious to watch

  • Comment number 83.

well that would explain the constant squeaks as the brakes are used to turn the car around

  • Comment number 84.

Lurve - surely she must have a few already!
DGTTD - Iknow, its such a shame!

  • Comment number 85.

84 - if she has she needs more - do you know anyone who likes LC? She needs more supporters, more people who love her and her acting - I don't know anyone who is willing to stalk her :P its weird! I think she is fab!!

  • Comment number 86.

well I'm going re watching again that way I'll be quote ready tomorrow

  • Comment number 87.

86 - Ive just spent an hour in the dentist chair! am in need of comfort-watch. Which ep do you recommend?!

  • Comment number 88.

re-watch? I have been so tempted all day to just watch the whole of series 1... should I?

I've just spent 90 minutes giving platelets today so I hear you
what mood are you in funny deep bloody or what

  • Comment number 90.

88 - go ahead I will not oppose you.

comfort-watch usually means like Annie - Pride and Prejudice! not sure which bit if BH is closest to that!

i know its been said before, but what i really like about this clip was getting to see Mitchell in action trying to help the other vampires. I love all the different parallels with addictions, the 'peedos' comment about it 'just sleeping' and 'being in his bones' also the whole one day wt a time 'don't kill anyone today' it's what makes the whole series so believable despite the supernatural element the emotions and scenarios are very human.

go back to the gilbert episode for a comfort watch i would say - it was a sweet one!

    @87 - NOT S2 E3 :-)

    Agree with you M-R-T.

I do like this clip better. Don't shoot me hehe!

I might watch episode 3 - it amuses me :P

MRT - I totally agree with you. Throughout the series, we saw Mitchell talking about supporting 'his kind' but never really saw it in action apart from the meetings. What is so special about this scene is that we get to see how he would cope with the day to day running of vampires trying to stay on the straight and narrow

or Annie takes charge go to ep 5 defeating Owen or throwing vamps and telling them what they sound like ep 6 for series 2 have her defeat the door or for tissues meet her mum

  • Comment number 98.

well I will not be distracted again re watch bye

  • Comment number 99.

MRT - Gilbert never really did it for me - I know he has a lot of fans - but compared to Mitchell?? no contest.
he seemed to have a happy ending tho with his door (odd how the doors seem to vary - the diver guy in the Cortez bit also seemed to have a light-shining door - not a red or dark one)
Im thinking for cheer-up purposes it has to be S1 - which shows how nearly all of S2 was so tough -
maybe a coffee morning at the house? or party with Bernie and party rings time?
or just ep 6 - which until Kemp appears has the three triumphant and sort of in a happy place round the table?

85 - yeah for sure! But im sure she has an army of fans already - theyre just not as vocal about thier love of her thats all.

Who mentioned a rewatch? Just do it!
