    How long will that last?

  • Comment number 2.

between 9 pm and 7 am is going to be fun.

  • Comment number 3.

1-yes thats not going to last 2 mins in that house is it!

  • Comment number 4.

Wow - that babys got a well organised schedule (looks a bit "Samey"). Cant see Tom or Hals names mentioned?

    Love the post-its

  • Comment number 5.

ooo is that a bar of chocolate at 7pm? also is that a bottle of medicine(blue bottle) because in the preview we saw eve poorly didnt we. hope she is ok.

  • Comment number 6.

ive never noticed that little office set up there before. has that always been there?

  • Comment number 7.

chocolate bar??/eh guys that is a fairy tales book

  • Comment number 8.

quick repeat from last blog OOs to new one?

Glad I sparked an OO discussion.. thanks for info my lovelies......

Don't think Ivan was an OO as in Prequel he said Hetty wasn;t like Him and Daisy.

Perhaps OO status goes on numbers of Human slain and/or recruitmented.
    - whats the Guess on MR Snows age and why the name?

    Talking of OOs...
    - when we saw the ship prequel, did anyone recognise the area on the ships chart? .. it was North of an area of land ... Sierra Leonne? (need to rewatch)
    - why don't they bring their own food for the long sea journey?
    - How many of them are hidden in the hold?

  • Comment number 9.

    Ring of Steel

    Death or Glory

  • Comment number 10.

Oh but Lycan they did - the cleaner and others like him.

  • Comment number 11.

Ewan in the prevous blog (89) you mentioned about OOs status being gained by strength and reputation i see the sense in that. But something that always got me about Mitchell all the other vampires had an eye on him almost respected him from a distance. They weren't just eyeing him up because he lived happily with George and Annie. There was something to it because the other vamps in Bristol wanted him to be boss after Herrick died by George or was that because he proved himself stronger than Herrick.

As for the scrolls I think I will leave that to the blog OOs to see to. After all those of you that have been here ages seem to figure Lord Tobys stories out quicker. Its lovely and twisty and turny.

Annie does like her organisation, doesn't she realise the baby trains you not the other way round.

  • Comment number 12.

@saint 7- what fairy tale has got chocolate in it? all can think of is willy wonka! hansle and gretal was sweeys and a gingerbread house. mabe its just a coincidence with all the fairy tales references and they are just telling stories to eve cos she is a baby and thats what you do.

  • Comment number 13.

I guess Annie still doesn't fully trust Tom and Hal with Eve as she hasn't given them anything to do?

  • Comment number 14.

    :)

  • Comment number 15.

    10. You're NOT allowed to eat the ships crew. Looked like he was a new deck-hand, his first and last trip at sea.

  • Comment number 16.

6- It's a skirting board. I never thought i'd write that in a blog post. I'm here all week :-P

  • Comment number 17.

Question- why is there a typewriter in this pic as we know annie uses a laptop? Clue?'Brother" ?

  • Comment number 18.

couldnt it be pink = Annie and red and brown are Hal and Tom. (or am I missing something?)

  • Comment number 19.

    18. you've done this before haven't you? Guess Tom Gets Full moons off!

  • Comment number 20.

    19. yeap as a parent, rotas are essential :)

  • Comment number 21.

Eve revolves around milk feeds, getting some fresh air, in the park with the nice vampires,a snooze then cuddles to Splodge, more milk and some good old doctor oral suspension - once a day- clearly a tv show, unrealistic prescription, we generally divide between the 4 meals/feeds a day of baby- ok another snooze for splodge, playtime, feed, bath, fairytale times and a very long sleep 12h generally for any bunnikin at that age and eventually another bottle if baby is hungry during the night- only 5 nappy changes- this is a very dry baby!!!
plenty of nots, post it and books probably how to deal with babies
and coming near to you soon, the discovery babies have a mind of their own and can do things weird outside the curriculum and I speak of normal babies

  • Comment number 22.

I love how organised Annie is! As soon as i saw the rota i thought the different colours were different colours. Hal must have red as his shield was red, guessing tom is brown and Annies is pink.
Does this mean we'll get a lovely fairytale story from Hal, as we've seen Annie's and toms

  • Comment number 23.

    *Characters (not second colour)

  • Comment number 24.

5 - ROFL - bar of chocolate! What are you like :-)

  • Comment number 25.

if there is a rota for the fairytale

Annie will do the cinderella thing, the frog and the princess- well could be the wolf and the princess for Tom

Tom will tell us more about the wolf stories, quite a few in fact and could rewrite bluebeard and the dashing werewolf who killed the bad vampire husband who had killed all his wives

I can imagine Hal rewriting Snow white whose name came from the blood spilt from her mother finger on the snow , same for Sleeping beauty who did stab her finger and slept for one hundred years. the sleeping old one princess???

  • Comment number 26.

7pm is story time if my eyes don't deceive me. Those are definitely books in that time space.

Also, another chapter of Fine Again is up at the usual place. This fic is finally beginning to wind down. Leaving a link as i always do, hope you like it :)

  • Comment number 27.

Im very happy as i can now post from my phone. :-) very happy lozzie!!
    Anyway...
The mini office that is in the picture is new, its never been there, im guessing that its annie being her very organised self again.:-) cant wait until i see Hal and Toms reaction to the rota (especially Hals as i cant see him as a kiddy person)

  • Comment number 28.

    @sasha
    @ruby
    @lozzie

    happy panda dance

yes evening time is generally reading a story before bedtime - time

  • Comment number 29.

Annie is so organised .there are lots of clues her ringo stool could be cafe death and glory could be skull and dagger .i think we have a willy wonker theme because of the chocolate and the windy mill thingy willy need an heir and i think ican recall Herrick saying something about what a privilege it was so may be theres a clue there i think we are gona get a bit of peter pan too .

  • Comment number 30.

Listen, Eve, I have better things to do than holding an infant who may or may not be the saviour who will kill me. I am stuck reading you a fairy tale because if I don't , Tom plans to stake me. So be good and please do not make me having to change your nappy. Annie, please, the plastic apron. And the sterile gloves. And the surgical mask. Babies are weird...
    A long time ago...

  • Comment number 31.

my bad i need to go to spec savers lol it says ring of steel

  • Comment number 32.

...there was a courageous, intelligent, handsome, dashing ...don't you dare laughing Tom, knight. he had a red shield and was feared by his peasants. Why, because.... because those were the days where your betters got respect. Yes respect. These peasants had good manners, much better than some people i will not mention. That young knight fought a battle with lances against Russians, no Annie, in my days we were told stories of glory and honour. Said knight won the battle despite oll odds, holding by his f...teeth. He won the hand of the Tsar 's daughter and they lived not exactly happily ever after because her life was short lived, yet quite happily in some sort of way. OK, done. Can I leave now?

  • Comment number 33.

Death or Glory may refer to:

Death or Glory, the motto of Queen's Royal Lancers of the British Army

Comment for Hal? who died from a lance wound???

  • Comment number 34.

    As for Ring of steel

Ring of steel may refer to:

Ring of steel (London), the security and surveillance cordon surrounding the City of London,
Ring of Steel (Kabul), a series of police checkpoints in central Kabul during the 2000s Afghan War
The Moscow defense ring during the Cold War
... and a Doctor Who audiobook?

The three supernaturals united to protect little Eve from the Vampires...?

  • Comment number 35.

22 & 28 - Yeah lozzie and Saint, wonder what Hal's will be. Tom had Red Riding Hood, Annie had Three Little Pigs and Hal? Maybe something from Brothers Grimm? Snow White maybe? We'll even throw in the 7 dwarves for Manc (I know they aren't trolls but they're the nearest I could think of) :-)

  • Comment number 36.

Hal's could be Russian? And it will be about blood. Who knows? Beauty and the Beast. ' The Beast 'turned' the beautiful girl and they lived forever and ever happy and really forever. i mean 'really, really' forever...'

  • Comment number 37.

Heehee! Would Annie have forgotten to put in Tom and Hal's hours at the cafe, though? Must just be a nice colour pattern, that goes a bit odd in the hours 10am and earlier...:/

And why does the typewriter have "brother" on it? As RealMitchell pointed out at 17.

  • Comment number 38.

    Electric typewriter perhaps?

  • Comment number 39.

    17/ 37. Brother typewriters :

  • Comment number 40.

    39 You genius :)

  • Comment number 41.

Good Morning everyone! Oooh there's a new blog already. Annie's always been a fan of post-its, color coding and marker pens, ever since series 1 so this rota with stickers and different colors on it is very like her. So cute.
    37. @Min I don't think she's will let the others do anything around the baby (save for telling stories, maybe), I think this is HER rota, and she wants to do everything on it.

About "Ring of Steel" and "Death of Glory", they could be the titles for some fairytale she's just come up with.

  • Comment number 42.

    @mistress denton
    @mods
    @bloggers

    good and happy morning
no nappy rota for me , thank you
no milk bottle rota, though must admit Saint Jr was a little angel. Well baby pandas would be, right, wink?

I can see the boys helping w/ getting some fresh air or some fairy tales and checking on the bunnykin when Eve sleeps but they work. and Hal needs Tom to keep him settled... right???

  • Comment number 43.

allie I read OR not OF

death or glory , not death of glory and seems to be related more to Hal

I do not see Hal as a motivated dry nurse

  • Comment number 44.

    43. Saitixe ahah you're right, I would never let a baby near Hal. He can be on the wagon and everything, but that would be too much.
And I had another look at the picture, it actually is "OR" as you say. Silly me.
Could it be that Annie is trying to decipher the parchment and those are notes to herself? But then, why would she stick them on her baby rota?

  • Comment number 45.

It's the one place she is sure to keep referring to and having the reminders would help a lot.

Look Tom whether you like it or not this hour you are on Nappy duty.

Oh look now what can this mean Ring of Steel.

  • Comment number 46.

I know this is'nt relevant to the blog but after watching E1-3 (My missus is away !!!) again I have a question.....
Just before George killed Griffin , Griffin said "brush up on your super's , Bites cant hurt me"
Now did he mean that a werewolf physically cant hurt an old one or was he referring to the fact that even if he's ripped apart they can do a humpty dumpty on him with a bit of ceremony & blood........??

I also had a few good chuckles at Tom last night....
Hals face when Tom "ambushes" him with the ketchup and says..."got ya" was a picture and as well as being funny it really captured Tom's childlike innocence.
I also loved it when he was questioning Hal about his abilty/inability to chat up girls & put on that stupid rasping voice "I cant chat them up I might kill them".....class !!!
His description of virginity being plucked like a flower was so "McNair" (Think supermarket , Bee's & lack of air conditioning) & Hals reaction was great.

I love this series so far !!!

  • Comment number 47.

    Morning All! Morning Mods!

Thanks to Sunny for the key lime danish - just scoffed the lot whilst reading Ruby's fantastic chapter 24 (see comment 26 for link). And catching up on over 250 comments!

Hello allie_dv *waving madly* Glad to see you having fun!

46 - Ha! My fave moment was Hal saying, "Kill me, kill me now..." was brilliant!

I thought that the post-its referred to the scrolls, ooh and didn't everyone do well guessing what the scrolls meant! The only one we didn't get was the burnt arm one!
The only ring of steel I can think of is the one to chain up a dog...

  • Comment number 48.

I love the little nappies pinned beside certain times... but as someone who works with children - You wish it was that simple! :O

  • Comment number 49.

    @47 - "You can tell Annie I attacked you".....LOL

    Oh & Regus - "If they find out she's alive I'll be getting a wooden enema"......Brilliant !!!

  • Comment number 50.

49 - under-bed-dweller (what a great name!) Can't wait to see Hal changing nappies!

I can't enlarge the pic properly - had to get out the magnifying glass...

Just a quick question after reading all the scrolls comments - I thought - actually I always thought, that the scrolls were about something that is GOING TO HAPPEN in the future. So although we have a trinity - we have to think of a future event where that trinity will do something or something will happen to them.

I still think that Min's suggestion of that unknown symbol in scroll 2 (I think) means twins or 2 parts of the same person - one dead and one alive - i.e. baby Eve and Big Eve. (the one with the yin-yan symbol in it).

And I also think that RealMitchell's idea of the sign for the vampire with the litle bow tie symbol over it could mean something like 'days of the vampires' or 'age of the vampires' or perhaps 'day of reckoning for vampire/vampires'?

howling-blue many thanks for comments on that blog - but brain is now addled and live in a shed, slightly deranged, knitting fingerless gloves and swigging gin. So have a go at guessing... :D

  • Comment number 51.

**spoilers timeyes again it is worth it***

for those of you who look for some answers with the scrolls.... hee hee!

  • Comment number 52.

Morning MancVamp! Happy to meet you here as well ^_^ I'm definitely having a great time on the blog (even though I'm supposed to be revising!!).

As for the scrolls, I always thought they were about future events too, but then the clues on the previous blogs made me change my mind. Otherwise how can we explain the words "you know these stories" on the scroll recap?

We discussed it yesterday and some of us thought these first 3 scrolls are from past events, and the next ones will be about the future. Do you think it's possible?

  • Comment number 53.

51 - ROFL! Not looking Saint! Prefer to guess and wait. What if it gives spoilers about one of the symbols meaning 'Troll'? I'd be gutted! I'll wait to be surprised and delighted - oh and if any of those fairy stories even mentions a Troll - I am collecting on my 5 cupcake bet... I like paying the 'what if' game too much!

  • Comment number 54.

thanks Saintixe! I love these "teasers". They are intriguing, without giving away too much. The ones from SFX, instead are very spoilery, they could as well write a recap of the episode!

  • Comment number 55.

Love Annie's rota. Wish I had had one of those when my twins were babies... And I had that exact typewriter when I was at school. Annie is a girl after my own heart with her love of stationery...
The scrolls: just a thought but when Hal was talking about them, he said they were like holy texts, the only things the vampires actually believe in. So, could these be the stories the vampires really believe in (one of them the war child who will destroy the vampires). What are the other stories that vampires believe in? I think there has to be an explanation somewhere about why vampires can't enter houses unless invited (or if you are Wyndham, you learn some tricks along the way). This seems a really important bit of vampire mythology as it gets mentioned a lot. Just some thoughts!

  • Comment number 56.

52 allie_dv - I know. But I thought that then Rebecca said the scrolls were about the future, then Min said she didn't want to know in that case and then Rebecca said - don't worry - there will be no spoilers. And that's where I am up to - so are we still unsure then? We have 5 more scrolls to go.

damn it! Want to read 51 now! Oh the agony!

Thinking about Bloggers in the USA/Canada today. They get S4 Ep 1 of Being Human on Saturday. You can just imagine...

  • Comment number 57.

Another fun episode - and no spoilers beyond the presence of Kirby...

  • Comment number 58.

52/56 - hang on - Rebecca also said:

Each one of the eight scrolls tells a chapter of an overall story not unrelated to, but neither impacting upon The War Child.

Ask yourselves... Whose story is this?

So each of the scolls we have seen so far relates to an individual and their part in the story, perhaps?

56 - timeandtime - yes, there is that. If these scrolls are sacred to vampires and this is what they believe in - then they must answer these questions - but Regus has just gone off into the sunset with Michaela...
  • Comment number 59.

    *more spoilers***

  • Comment number 60.

    *** and some more spoilers

  • Comment number 61.

Probably is all for Annie, she doesn't really sleep.

I really hope George can't see that she let an old one into the house!

  • Comment number 62.

@ MancVamp what if Regus had to let Annie and the other think he had just gone off into the sunset and they think not to return .There might be a reason for this he may be off researching . There was a bit of a twilight feel to him and Alice from twilight had to make the others think they were abandoned just an idea. Possibly all these stories relate to the characters and could should help solve the scrolls may be may be not just throwing some ideas out there .

  • Comment number 63.

I think Hal could relate to the ugly duckling in so many ways i like Hal and he tries so hard to be good hereminds me of Jasper in twilight Jasper was the newest member of the veggie family but he had a different upbringing to the others but he so wanted to be good and had to try somuch harder he was always in the background but when it came to the newborns he was the one with the most knowledge he was the one the family turned too just rambling sorry but thats who i think he is most like

  • Comment number 64.

Re:8 Lycan666 - I always thought the Old Ones were meant to be 400yrs plus, but I saw an article where one of the producers, I think, said they were 200 plus. So Herrick was so near yet so far to getting that prestige and power he'd always wanted.

And re:46 - Caradoc - don't ask me about that episode, I've twiddled the werewolf blood, how did Griffin know about its effects to tog up his hit squad not to get splattered, but forgets about it when confronted by George going half-wolf, and how the hell did Wyndam get killed, 'killed' or 'definitely killed'. Could be a new thing, with wolves evolving, but then how did he know to dress his nasties up, oh God there goes the head again... :)

  • Comment number 65.

62/63 ooh yessss like that. Regus goes off - but comes back!

...There once was a hairy werewolf
All tiny and fuzzy and brown.......

  • Comment number 66.

    @64

    because
the only person who said it was George

    but...
    a witness was intimidated
    right?

which means the witness saw something
now if a witness only sees helmets + vizors and can't see whose face it is beneath

said witness does not need to be intimidated at all
    all he can say
some peeps with helmets on attacked the poor lady and that is all his story

young mother fell to gang violence will say the headlines
police has interrogated the witnesses but sadly no one was 'recognizable'

    no identity clue says police
and witness can live a long life because his testimony is not useful. right?

so why did said witness needed to be intimidated... unless he saw something?

    something without helmets and vizors...

  • Comment number 67.

    Afternoon bloggers!
50 T&T thanks for paraphrasing Hal there. I was trying to remember what he said. So vamps know the stories even though they usually haven't seen the scrolls. So when Hal started to live with a ghost and a werewolf why didn't he think "This is just like in the prophecy. We must be the trinity"?

Also, I was sure Ivan was an OO.

  • Comment number 68.

Indeed Saint, there's something not right in that whole bit...whichever way you turn it, and I've turned it so far round that the computer just goes "She's off on one, I'll just pop over to Twitter, that'll really annoy her"...
Ow there goes the head...The blog archaeology and cryptography section can't have got through all the paracetamols since yesterday can they? I can't take nurofen, I'm asthmatic...like Regus...

  • Comment number 69.

Hi Saint and Sea! Mitchell had him as one of the Old Ones, and Hetty didn't exactly tell him to bow down in respect did she? Anyone think Hetty made Ivan?

And if that rota of Annie's lasts...I'll eat that fluffy white rabbit Lycan's been keeping out in the patio...

  • Comment number 70.

@Scotch_Mist I was wondering about the blood thing too and the covering up of his hit squad ect ect and the george going half wolf . We know this series is so much much about fairy tales legends and literature .Twilight was abit of theme and we know from twilight vampire venom was not good for werwolves i cant remeber if we ever found out why we also know from twilight that the werwolves were really shape shifters and could have taken any form it just happened tobe a wolf which they had a legend about how it come about .
They found another half vampire half human child got me thinking that there is two eves .Victoria created an army makes me think that this other eve starts the war so much going on in my little head may these things are red herrings may be not each episode adds another twist which makes me think as with all fairy tales stories ect they stem from truth but which bits of which epsiode will help us solve the riddle .Only bits of each story will give us a start a middle and an end . May be i read too much into things and am completly barking up the wrong tree with my theories .

  • Comment number 71.

also got me thinking about the man with burnt arm now if Regus knows what what this means why did he have to be so cryptic may because he needs annie to think what she is not supposed to think so she then knows what this person can give her in respect of something else .Just like in twilight with J Jenks alice couldt send bella to the up town office because she would not of know what to ask for but sending her to the down town shifty place made it a little more clear just an idea .

  • Comment number 72.

Teamhal hello! It all makes perfect sense with the vamps sense of smell with werewolves, but then you start thinking about the cage fights, and then you start thinking that's a really insane thing to do if the wolf blood can do that...and a wolf would have got the upper hand somewhere in all those years...someone else discussed this on one of the blogs, probably Saint or Sasha, or Sea. Older vamps would know about it, younger ones maybe not, but you would eradicate werewolves if you were the vamps, humans are only deadly to them with pointy bits of wood, and the odd bit of fire and exploding things, and humans are the vamps food after all, if the threat of werewolf blood has always been there, you would wipe them out, not make them pets, the vamps don't need wolves, they only need humans...Ouch, I think a migraine's coming on now...

  • Comment number 73.

"I am not a peforming monkey"

  • Comment number 74.

    Werewolf blood being dangerous...
in RL faint specks of blood can be found on toothbrushes and shaving razors blades... right? Knowing Mitchell and his conception of hygiene... who is ready to bet Mitchell never used one of George toothbrushes or blades...

WW blood kills yes, but as when in the shape of the WW beast! hence it is unlikely that Nina was having a stroll going to have a tattoo as a furry tired exhausted young mother yet proud werewolf- not in the right order...

She was under human form, her blood was not deadly and would have caused nil damage.
We can prove the witness did need intimidation, hence he had seen something.
We can prove George in season 1 when he meets Mitchell had blood on his face, thus the vamp who injured him would have touched the blood and pfffzzzz...
We can prove Nina was in human shape
We know it could not have happened when Nina was killed...

  • Comment number 75.

Hi Misty, T-Hal. Sometimes we just have to fall back on Lord Toby's own words, "...Because it's in the script"

  • Comment number 76.

Firstly Hal would NEVER be able to change a nappy, I think his ocd would require him to wear a biohazard suit.

Secondly, I had a thought werewolf blood being toxic, which is never a good thing.
When Eve didn't transform in Ep1 I too thought it was probably like in the Sookie Stackhouse/True Blood books and Twilight where born werewolves don't transform till they hit puberty.
But then I wondered if she really isn't a full ww then she must still have SOME of the genes. Which got me thinking what effect her blood would have on vampires, if a full ww is toxic what effect would a kind of part ww have? Could that be what wipes all vampires out, that her genes carry some kind of either cure or virus. Is that how shes going to save the world, not by leading an army.

  • Comment number 77.

Just thought I'd put in some info on changing the typeface on the blog for all of us who've forgotten or don't know

Sea! Don't start me on magic words! And it's in the script! We will be here all night! I felt something was clipped out of that scene, and no matter how you turn the storyline there, something isn't right. Moan over, back to typing...

  • Comment number 79.

On the werewolf blood being toxic: could it be that it isn't dangerous to touch but only when swallowed? So they can touch werewolf blood but it is lethal when they ingest?
Clearly it isn't a well known thing among vampires, as I'm pretty sure that Lauren says to Mitchell that she was going to feed of George, which she found disgusting, and wondered if she would have needed jabs (presumably against rabies).

  • Comment number 80.

79 - I was thinking that the other day.

  • Comment number 81.

@Scotch_Mist may be its only the new vamps that have immunity over years of years of recruiting and passing down genes may be vampires evolved and the old ones was kind of the like the first in their time they dont have this immunity so these ones that covered up may were sent by an oldie or someone that was raised to beleive this to be true or some that is superstitious or believes in the legends
As for wiping them out may be werewolf's were part there folk law and legends to them and the blood thing was part of there legends and there are reasons why they didt wipe them out hopefully this will become clear in the scrolls . And as for dog fighting that i think that came along later in the vampire histories by then most had some kind of immunity just trying to look at it from a fairytale point of view I agree they dont need werewolfs and the werwolfs dont need the vampires or do they ???all hopefully all will become clear from the scrolls beause if it doest i will have a long lasting headache

  • Comment number 82.

I'd say the proper Old Ones would know it Saffz, maybe Griffin wasn't that old, or not old enough to know it, but then according to George he knew it to cover up his...no I'm not going over it again...I need a coffee, is the latte machine fixed, or do I need to do a coffee shop run?

Sorry this is a bit random but does anyone else find it odd that Hal doesn't appear to have known or even heard of Mitchell? His fame seemed to be pretty wide-spread in the vampire community.

Correct me if I'm wrong... but did I hear Regus mentionning that the Hoover contains the ashes of vampires are /////oles among them two are my friends

I have not read anybody commenting on this 'two are my friends'
Mitchell was hoovered??? Nice .... and Wyndham???

Is the Hoover the equivalent of Arlington cemetery or the Cenotaph???

@Jan I thought that too, we know Hal was with the vampires until 1955 that gives him what 38 years to have met Mitchell or at least heard his name.

Ssh Saint! There goes another afternoon to an EW counselling session..."and it wasn't even a Henry hoover..." then he said "You humans...a flash of tweed and braces...Hal will be much worse when he slips...oh yes...slip him an Um Bongo...never mind Kia-Ora...Mr Snow will be so pleased with me for inflicting that on you peasants...ha ha..."

    73. To Tom when he asked him to do that thing with his eyes and fangs to prove to Michaela he's a werewolf! Think if memory serves me right Tom said something like "don't be a wally Hal" !

    73. Sorry to prove he's a vampire !!!!!!!

Jan and nerdyalice, on a similar thought, Hal knew about Ivan and Daisy, and she was made 1940s, and no one's thought to mention to Hal, "That's where Mitchell got staked, over there Wyndam, well we're not sure what happened to him, but Griffin said he's dead, so...and up here Cara, well you won't have heard of her, she was Herrick's heir, stabbed herself with a knitting needle, so if you ever want to kill yourself Hal, you can...and up in the attic...McNair got stabbed to death with a really small knife by Herrick...you must have heard of Herrick...made by Hetty?"

Saint Thank you very much for the teasers! They are brilliant!

I was studying war poetry today in English and there was one about the Crimean War. And guess what? The crimean war was in 1854-1856 so Hal and Fergus were on their leave from the war in the 1855 flashback in sundays ep. Thought you'd like to know.

Nerdyalice & Scotch_Mist: Well maybe some of these points will be dealt with as the series goes on but it's irritating to me. Sadly, I lean towards Hal's and George's OCD and so I do like order.....

Did anyone watch (em)Frankenstein's Wedding(/em) last year? The person who played Victor Frankenstein was Andrew Gower who plays the one and only Cutler.

@Scotch_Mist And see that stain on the floor over-there? Thats where Herrick decided to eat half of the Barry police force.

yes suzie I remember that Hal said i am not a performing monkey and tom said dont be a wally some thing like that .
That line i think could be referance to Wheres Wally he was a character that was easily recognised but he was extremely hard to find in the comic as far as i can recall he just blended in some how and finding him proved a night mare like looking for a needle in a hay stack unless you knew what it was you were looking for lol

Jan, the convenient amnesia annoys me too, you're not the only one...

Re:94 nerdyalice - also "And over there is where your mother got stabbed Eve...and that policewoman, Nancy, well we don't know if she got killed by Herrick or recruited by him...oh hang on we don't know that...none of us do...yet..." :)

96 Lozzie - you have to use the greater and lesser signs, not brackets. I only put brackets in as the greater and lesser signs don't show up. They are on your keyboard above the coma and full stop.

Are we sure the policemen massacre in Barry was related to Herrick and not the Wyndham refurbishment scheme for Barry Police Force

I'm sure George did a wonderful job of cleaning up with his three types of upholstery cleaner. And the bloggers moved in too over the summer and helped.
