    Cutlers wolf puppet!
I want one of these too :-)

  • Comment number 2.

Like a puppet on a string.

    Who pulls the string?

  • Comment number 3.

    first?

  • Comment number 4.

*tuts at the messy maps* If Golda was still here she'd have organised them in a complex, colour-coded system by now!

  • Comment number 5.

    Cutler's Wolf yay!
    But no Cutler? Booo

  • Comment number 6.

    darn. Oh well.
Cutler looked so embarrassed when Golda&Gimps caught him on his laptop going, "You're gonna have so much to answer for!" to a puppet...
Poor old Cutler, I don't think even he knows quite what he wants. He plans destruction but he doesn't like killing people himself, he always has to get someone to do it for him... whether filling blood bottles or shredding clubbers.
Looks like Cutler's vaguely trying to sort out a Travelodge and come up with topics of conversation for Old Ones.

  • Comment number 7.

Or if you pull the strings too tight they can snap.

  • Comment number 8.

oooh scary.. but what is it for? a metaphor for him contolling tom? hmmm

  • Comment number 9.

Woof Woof (or should that be Growl Growl? It doesn't look very scary - it's smiling!)
I wonder if it has a name...

  • Comment number 10.

oooh, Cutlers cute little wolfe ^^

and from last blog, since I don't know if he'll read it over there, repost:

673-@Mason Nah, not melodramatic, just human, I guess ^^. Yes to the stuff about writing. I guess that's what one really needs as a writer. Because if you don't feel with your characters, how would your readers? The books that don't have me routing for the protagonist don't usually make it to my must-read-again pile.
A manly man, huh? I'm not quite sure what's considered manly but I think man should be allowed to show emotion. This whole "Indians don't cry" thing is soooo outdated. So I think it's nice that you can feel with the BH-characters like that. And admit to it, too.
I'll just have to live with not being a very female woman ;) I'm more of a sarcastic cold hearted femal dog, but people will just have to put up with that.

  • Comment number 11.

Culters new toy he put it on twitter a few weeks ago.

  • Comment number 12.

I really want one!!! Its brilliant! :-)

  • Comment number 13.

    @LouLou (5): your wish...

(I know it's been put up before, but seems appropriate on this blog!)

  • Comment number 14.

@Laminamara from last blog: Still cool that you saw Phantom in NY...that's one musical I'd like to see live one day (not in the German version though -.-') but then, I'm quite the sucker for musicals, too. I've seen "Tanz der Vampire" in Stuttgart three times, all of them hilarious. I'd much rather go see a musical then a play ^^. What's your favorite musical?

  • Comment number 15.

Like Cutler's puppet! If anyone is interested, there's several for sale on ebay (search for Pelham puppet). They were made in the 1950s-60s and are quite collectible these days...

  • Comment number 16.

Thanks Lizzy (I already have it my favorites, but any excuse to see it again)

The wolf close up is quite scary imo

  • Comment number 17.

Naw Mini Cutler. I think they should make that wolf as Merch

@0positive ( from the last blog)

Exactly, books like.. I can't stand books like the one that shalt not be named with a twinkly vampire not because of the plot ( or lack of ) but for the lack of character depth. The main character of said book has little to no substance whereas say Hal has so much hidden depth ( which DM brings to the role so well) that it makes him so interesting to watch that it drags mein.

and as for being a "female woman" I dont think sarcasm etc retracts from femininity infact I'm a very sarcastic person so I look for people who can take my banter and give it back so I wont be putting up with you I shall be respecting ou :)

  • Comment number 18.

Have you seen @Lycurious has tweeted today?

  • Comment number 19.

    from last blog

@Morgan The closer we get the the finale the more scared I get about loosing Annie or one of the new main characters. I'm used to being shocked and upset at the end of each series but seeing that this Season started that way I don't know if I could handle it again.

  • Comment number 20.

Hehe I'm quite proud I replied: Puppet show? How sweet. To the
@Lycurious Show time. Tweet earlier. Looks like I was thinking along the right lines with this being our blog post tonight. :)

    Like a puppet a string..................

  • Comment number 21.

    17-@Mason
Oh yes, the gayer-then-Lestat-sparkly-vampires XD horrible books those. Those characters just seem so...flat. Just stereotypes really. Don't know why there is such a hype about those books, when there is much better vampire literature out there. *shrugs* And Hal sure has depth, like the Mariana Trench. I don't like those cut-and-dried characters that don't change throughout the story. They are just to boring.

Oh thank you, my mates usually just put up with me ^^' They keep looking at me funny if I make sarcastic comments *g*

  • Comment number 22.

@21: Are we all out-on-the-fringes people here? I tend to be more likeable online than IRL, certainly.

  • Comment number 23.

@0positiv: I've not seen many musicals so far, Phantom of the Opera, The Beauty and the Beast and a non-professional production of Tanz der Vampire, which was quite brilliant.

Hmm, favourite musical... I love the music of Les Miserable and Phantom of the Opera the most, I would say. Am dying to see Les Miserable one day, sadly not showing in Germany anymore.

I prefer musicals to plays as well, but how could I miss DM in Travelling Light? ;) I like plays if they are well-acted and I know that will be the case here, so I bet I'll love it.

The city I come from has just really bad theatre productions, so there's not much to see for me here play-wise, that's probably why I was never much of a theatre-goer until I saw some good ones somewhere else and was like "Oh, I actually like theatre". *lol*

  • Comment number 24.

The puppet is Cutlers focus object. His reminder of his goals. His reminder of what he has to do to gain power. Also there to relieve his tension and take away the potential fear/regret he may be feeling over what he is doing. To get what he wants he can't do his disappearing act in the midst of turmoil he has to hang around to gain the credit. Poor man he has no idea he is going to fail in a spectacular way in my opinion.

  • Comment number 25.

    @a0k

I think we are, maybe its a BH fan thing?

    @0positive

The most annoying thing about those books for me is how they're all irrelevant. The author had a dream which turned into one scene in the book and made the rest up to go along with it. It's literally a series of filler material.

and wow see all my friends are like me, people from outside our "group" think we hate each other but we're just always bantering.

  • Comment number 26.

22-@a0k666 I think blogs draw our kind of people, the ones who don't really fit in with the RL society ;) We're all strange here so we get along, it's nice. And I've always found it easier to talk to people online than in RL.

  • Comment number 27.

    22.@a0k
I just find it so much easier to talk online. I've spoken more to you guys in the last few weeks than any RL friends. I'm always so awkward! Usually just stand next to everyone in silence, whenever I do speak I say something embarassing and make myself sound like an idiot. I'm a social disaster!

  • Comment number 28.

Im really looking forward to watching BH on sunday!
    These puppets are REALLY expensive!

Today i was doing some coursework about the Crimean war, and i found myself daydreaming. Picturing Hal and Fergus fighting on horses etc. Not good when your meant to be focusing on a poem and analysing it.

  • Comment number 29.

@22 Maybe this why we love BH some much, we identify with the original underlying storyline: Outsiders who don't fit in, & so find solace with each other

  • Comment number 30.

22.@a0k My kid has autism and doesn't like strangers so I don't get out much.

  • Comment number 31.

    23-@Laminamara
I guess German class kinda ruined playes for me XD we were forced to sit through some terrible playes and read even worse ones *shudders*.
But musicals have always drawn me in. I would be hard put to name a favorite but "Tanz der Vampire" was just great. I also liked "We will rock you" and "Rocky Horror show", but I guess "Jesus Christ Superstar" was really the best. Never saw a production of that I didn't like ^^.
    25-@Mason
That's it. "Filler material" describes it quite perfectly. Other books acutally consist of stories, those-that-shall-not-be-named are just empty babble around one sad mormon-womans dream.
Hihi, you must be quite the group then ^^ Must be nice having people who "get" you as friends. I always have to watch what I say around my mates because if I don't they'll be offended when I didn't mean to offend them. It's tiresome...

  • Comment number 32.

@28. Same Lozzie! The other day I found myself picturing Hal coming out of a lake of one of those posh country houses with a wet shirt like in Pride and Prejudice, eyes black and ready to kill all the rich people inside the house! I sometimes have a worryingly obsessive subconciousness I think....

  • Comment number 33.

    27. @nerdyalice. Same here! Im a listener in RL but im a chatterbox on here!

  • Comment number 34.

On a wolfy theme. I've stopped short of actually giving them top trumps points, but here's how our WW's compare. Not sure who would win in a fight though...

    George:
Special skills – will kill to protect loved ones; spelling and grammar
Weaknesses – normally hates violence; can’t talk to girls

    Nina:
Special skills – den mother determination; sarcasm
    Weaknesses – only inch-high; self-righteousness

    McNair:
Special skills – experienced fighter; dog fight survivor
Weaknesses – judgement clouded by hatred of vamps

    Tom:
    Special skills – explosives/swimming; loyalty
    Weaknesses – naivete; grammar; untidiness

    Tully:
Special skills – knows how to use a chicken on a string
Weaknesses – fragile ego underneath superficial overconfidence; talks in 3rd person

    Milo:
Special skills – dead ‘ard mercenary; ammo belt of WW blood
Weaknesses – underestimates the HH gang; hangs out with a manky 3000 year-old vampire

  • Comment number 35.

@nerdyalice I am exactly the same in RL

  • Comment number 36.

@32: Oh my God, the image you just created in my head... *fans herself* Is it getting hot in here? Hal in white, wet t-shirt... ahem.

  • Comment number 37.

@30. That must be difficult for you :( I have Asperger's and have been known to physically run away and hide sometimes if I don't understand what someone is talking about - so I can empathise about the not liking strange situations.

  • Comment number 38.

    27@nerdyalice
You know I am really really old ( not quite up to OO standards but maybe the oldest one on this blog) and I can still be a social disaster but you know what I don't care because I've found my tribe so to speak , people who write, artists, generally people who march to the beat of a different drum and with them I'm fine. So I reckon maybe all you've got to do is find a RL tribe to go with your OL one.

  • Comment number 39.

    @34 LizzyT
I would add "foreign languages" to George's special skills.

  • Comment number 40.

    @LizzyT what about Allison?
    How about:
    Special skills – Debating,
Weaknesses – Struggles to run properly

  • Comment number 41.

34-@LizzyT aaaah, somebody should make those cards ^^ with puctures and layout and everything...and another set for vampires and ghost.

  • Comment number 42.

    @LouLou - can't believe I forgot her!

Also under special skills: free entry into thousands of museums and other attractions

  • Comment number 43.

    @34-Lizzy. @41-0positiv.

We could play virtual top trumps with them :D

  • Comment number 44.

@0positiv: Oh yeah, the "Theater-Jugend-Ring" so killed any love I could have had for theatre when I was young. Only started to see good plays when I was out and about on my own and could choose the good stuff. ;)

And the old German plays we had to read. *shudders* I just can't stand classic German literature, it's horrible, even the 'modern' stuff like Günther Grass, yuck.
English classic literature just has more style to it or however you wanna put it. But then again, I'm a sucker for the English language anyway, so maybe I'm biased. ;)

Oooh, "We will rock you" sounds nice, would love to see that! Great music. "Jesus Christ Superstar" would probably be a bit too modern for me, in the way it's presented, you know what I mean? But I've never heard the music of it, maybe I should give it a listen. :)

I remember reading the "book-that-shall-not-be-named" before the hype started and thinking afterwards that it had been one of the worst books I had ever read. Then a few months later, the hype started and it took me a while before I realized that "OMG, they are talking about THAT book?"
Imagine how horrified I was. *lol*

  • Comment number 45.

"It's like Top Trumps! Werewolves vs Vampires!"

IRL, most people find me as irritating as Adam (I don't say rude stuff like him, but I do talk a LOT and act a bit loopy and generally leave everyone wishing I'd shut up, sit down and stop swearing quietly about my Immunology lecturer).

  • Comment number 46.

43-@Megan2345 I used to play that game with my brother when he was little, he had those games of car and bike trump cards and we'd spend hours playing. ^^ Now he drives a motorcycle and I have to worry about him hitting a tree XD Guess I should have played something else with him....

  • Comment number 47.

I have this one in my dads loft somewhere. Not quite a wolf

  • Comment number 48.

37@Megan2345 it's tough at times, my son is sweet, shy and clever. It's all about routines to keep him feeling less anxious, make Hal's look like nothing ;)
He really hates social situations and will make a bolt for it when it all gets too much.

  • Comment number 49.

Now top trumps obsessed, I'm doing the ghosts... it may take a few minutes!
*thinks to self: really ought to have something better to do*

  • Comment number 50.

My mum once said that she'd read somewhere that Doctor Who appeals to autistic people because the Doctor is quite isolated, never quite on a level with his companions, often ends up alone... I think BH maybe has the same appeal? (mostly basing this on my little sister, who has Aspergers') People on the outside, longing to integrate (Tom and Hal especially will appeal to my sister, I think, because both are so out-of-touch that they are gaining humanity more or less from scratch rather than regaining like George and Nina and Annie)...

  • Comment number 51.

One thing that still puzzles me, Why did Even choose to were that horrible yellow dress?

  • Comment number 52.

.38 @gograce you are so right. I am also probably outside ( just;-) ) average bracket age wise and still feel slightly out of sync with the boring routine of life! Your advice is spot on the trick is to find people of a similar outlook and trusting them to accept all your little quirks... Although I spare them my complete obsession by coming here to the great minds who think alike !

From previous blog most touching moments so far..

The look on Hals face when Annie tells him she wants uncomplicated ...

Tom sat on the hill with pram followed by Hal going to what feels like his doom ...

Why do I think I'll have a much longer list by Sunday !!!

  • Comment number 53.

    22. Don't get out much in RL either at the moment, because, er, "it's complicated".

Saw some of you talking on Twitter earlier about making a trio down to Barry after the series finshes. Now that would be fun! Really wish I could go if it happens, but can't (see above). Wah! *flops down on beanbag and comforts self with extra large mojito*

PS: find it quite funny that we're debating the authenticity of the Twitter account of a fictional character.

  • Comment number 54.

    32. Thank you very much for that image! Its a good one! ;D

  • Comment number 55.

    44-@Laminamara
The only "classic" German books we read at school that I actually liked were by Dürrenmat. The rest was just plain boooooring *jawns at memory*
But we never did much classic English literatur in school, guess the teachers never thought my classmates would be up to it ^^ (so did I for that matter, their english was terrible ô.o) But I've always thought English a beautiful language, too. So if you're biased so am I. ;)
"We will rock you" has got all the songs by Queen I like ^^ I could actually sing along to all of them *g*
And you really should listen to Jesus Christ Superstar. It's not all that modern, from the 70's I think, but it's a great look at the story of Jesus' last days through the eyes of Judas and some productions really do a great job of making it just anachronistic enough that you can realte to it. Plus the music realy has earworm potential ^^

  • Comment number 56.

OK, here's a starter for ten on the ghost top trumps - any additions/alternatives?

    Annie:
Special skills – overall legendariness; tea-making
Weaknesses – frequently in denial; the worst taste in men

    Gilbert:
Special skills – 80’s music knowledge; Gilbert fun
Weaknesses – never been loved; smoking

    Sykes:
Special skills – military experience; closing doors
    Weaknesses – guilt :(

    Kirby:
Special skills – serial-killing; psychological manipulation
Weaknesses – can’t resist the Scooby Doo villain monologue ;70’s dress and hair

    Pearl:
Special skills – 55 years and never had to change a line-up; interior design
    Weaknesses – over-bearing; a bit poltergeisty

    Alex:
Special skills – knowledge of off-side rule; opening doors (no, not that kind of door)
Weaknesses – general inexperience; struggles with GhostBusting; poor command of ghostly terminology (see GhostBusting)

  • Comment number 57.

56-@lizzyT you forgot abot Kirbys dancing skills ;)

  • Comment number 58.

    32. @Megan2345 Now we have a question for TW, can we have THAT as an actual scene!

    33 35 @Lozzie_lo @LouLou22 Good to know I'm not the only one!

38 @Gograce :) My big passion is art so I know what you mean.
Plus none of my friends are really into BH, the only one who is rolls her eyes and goes and 'you and your vampires' when I go on about it too much.

43 45 Must add Supernatural Top Trumps to the BH merchandise we want! :)

  • Comment number 59.

@48-KiaOra. I don't run away as much now because I've learnt to manage it a bit better, though I do sometimes just have to put my hands over my ears and shut my eyes when it gets too much (I used to think this was worse than running off, but if I'm with my friends or people who know me well it's better if I stay because they can look after me). My coping techniques came with time, but everyone finds something different to calm them down so it can take a while to find techniques that work :) I think you've got it much quicker than my family did, though!

@50-a0k666. I can imagine that's probably very true; weirdly, seeing someone else struggling in a social situation like the BH characters do (although it's often heartbreaking to watch 'cause I know what they're going though) kind of make me feel more confident, like people understand me better, 'cause the same things go through my head all the time and the writers have captured it perfectly.

  • Comment number 60.

    53. @marigold. (about twitter account) I know! But its interesting to pretend the characters are real!

  • Comment number 61.

    51. one thing that is very hard to predict is what people will wear in the future, look how wrong 60's sci-fi shows got it. Also, I don't think that in a world where humans were put in cages, fashion will be peoples main concern. Simple outfits that you probably made yourself are most likely I would have thought.

  • Comment number 62.

    57. Gah! How did that one get away?

  • Comment number 63.

    44-@Laminamara
Hope this won't get modded ;)

I suspect that Future Woman's outfit was the only non-military clothes she could find. Note that she's still in her army boots.

  • Comment number 65.

    Good evening everyone!
@LizzyT: love the top trumps. :)

@a0k666: I thought it was a little weird that she felt the need to change. Why not simply stay in uniform.

  • Comment number 66.

@saintixe 601 sorry it is from the previous blog
Absolutely agree that it is difficult for a male to write a female character. But don't they use female scenario writers? I thought 'puppy love' was written by one of females co-writers.

Ps. Really sorry for popping in and out... As many of you have complained RL gets in a way

  • Comment number 67.

@65: It's all about image, as Ivan once so memorably explained...

  • Comment number 68.

are we going to have any type 4's or succubi in our top trump pack?

  • Comment number 69.

    65-@Black_Dwarf Salve ^^ *waves*

Did Mason get eaten by the thing howling outside his window after all? ô.o Darn...maybe we should have told him to be worried ^.^

  • Comment number 70.

@Laminamara: You're flying over to London to watch it? Wow. Wish I could as well and I've actually been contemplating it but if I'm honest I neither have the money nor the time. :( Still would love to see it, though. Also pretty much in awe of everyone who was brave enough to greet DM at the stage door. I guess I would probably chicken out at the last minute.

  • Comment number 71.

Hi guys I'm a lurker and very occasional poster. Love reading your posts as it reassures me I'm not on my own with my BH mania. I bit the bullet today and asked my boss for Monday off as I predict I'll probably want to watch Sunday nights ep on a loop. These past 7 Monday's I've barely been able to get through the day in work without obsessively checking the blog/twitter/fan pages etc about the previous nights show. I imagine this Monday I'll either be curled up in a ball somewhere, still crying from the night before or roaming around every shop in Dublin to find Kia-Ora to start sending the cartons (does it still come in cartons?) to the beeb as part of a one-woman campaign for season 5.

  • Comment number 72.

@to all the bloggers who are discussing tonight the book which will not be named. accursed is his name and may Sekhmet 's wrath reduce it in cinders.

    very naughty bloggers

    go and lobby
in short write the Ö÷²¥´óÐã you want a season 5

and then discuss and Sekhmet, blessed be Her Name will reduce the book that will not be named in cinders

    WE WANT A SEASON FIVE

  • Comment number 73.

@70 Just been reading the blog. I'm going to go to the stage door but i'm still mulling it over in my head and wondering if I will make a run for it instead!! But then I don't want to regret it afterwards so I'll just have to brave it!! lol

  • Comment number 74.

In my mind there's some really interesting story as to how Cutler got this puppet, but then again I think that about everything. And we seriously need like official top trump cards, with glossy pictures and the works..

  • Comment number 75.

    52. Oh I completely forgot about Tom sitting with the pram outside. It was lovely
I must say that I really like how they show how they look after baby without being it over the top of boring. You always know that Eves there fed, washed, changed... Etc. but it does not become a focus point... Real life in bh :-)

  • Comment number 76.

Hey, nobody's said it yet - "It's Thursday, and you know what that means? FAJITAS!!!" (or in my case, chilli pancakes).

  • Comment number 77.

72-@SAINTIXE56 Hah! I can't make my friends watch BH...they'd just tell me they don't understand a word of it *g* And also I don't thin illegal views on shady internet sides get counted in the viewing figures ;)

And I'm all in favor of Sekhmet burning those books...

  • Comment number 78.

I actually did have fajitas for tea , sorry, supper, tonight!

  • Comment number 79.

Im going to make a list of merchendise that us bloggers would like:
-Posters ('Evil' Hal and normal Hal, also a group one, Tom, Cutler, Annie, The OOs and Cutler and Hal in the 50's)
    -Hal mugs
    -T-shirts

What else? My minds gone blank!

  • Comment number 80.

argh XD now I've got Jesus Christ Superstar stuck in my head again...only one thing to do...*goes to listen to the album, the original one that is* XD

79-@loozie_lo cutler mugs with "They're eating my focus group" on them XD

  • Comment number 81.

@72-Saintixe56. I once bought an old copy of that-book-which-must-not-be-named, stuck all the pages together, cut a section out of the middle and made one of those secret compartment things :) I gave it to my friend for her birthday, I think she keeps a copy of a smaller Buffy book inside it now!

  • Comment number 82.

@Tenbatsu: Well, so far everyone has mentioned how positive DM ist about meeting his fans so I think you should definitely go.

  • Comment number 83.

Vampire top trumps. Really there's just too many vampires, so I've stuck to S4 and there's still too many!

    Hal:
Special skills – long history of brutal killing; lute; facial expressions; suit-wearing; sarcasm; shield-bearing (I could go on and on and on...)
    Weaknesses – small animals; leaping/babbling; Kia-Ora

    Cutler:
Special skills – legal skills; manipulation; Twitter
Weaknesses – psychologically teetering on the edge; averse to killing

    Adam:
Special skills – double entendre; single entendre; genuinely deep feelings (mainly hidden)
Weaknesses – teachers; blondes with low self-esteem and a perfect rack

    Fergus:
Special skills – swords and knives; loyalty; baby-napping
    Weaknesses – trusting Hal

    Griffin:
Special skills – police authority; megaphone work
    Weaknesses – toxic WW blood

    Regus:
Special skills – scroll interpretation; baby-saving
Weaknesses – dubious scroll interpretation; sex memories; getting lunch

    Golda:
Special skills – fighting in heels; spreadsheets
    Weaknesses – underestimating weaselly lawyers

    Kane:
Special skills – shouting; touching you (no, not like that)
    Weaknesses – poor last words

    Mr Snow:
Special skills – legendary status; live TV spectaculars
    Weaknesses – rotting :(

@0positive: I actually got my flatmate to watch but now we are stuck in series 3 and I just wish she'd hurry up so that we could watch series 4 together. Don't think she gets my obsession with the show.

85-@Black_Dwarf I envy you that flatmate ^^ I never even could get my friends to read in english, let alone watch movies/shows...the only people I can talk to BH about are here on the blog v.v

Oh I dont know i nip to get on my excersise bike for half an hour and the blog has moved so fast! What am I to do with you all? " attempt at an evil cackle...that fails miserably

    @0positiv. A0k
In terms of sarcasm etc I think the internet just helps people like us thrive. Blogs and chat rooms etc are sort of a satire of life in a way and it helps with that sort of thing to have a slightly cynical, sarcastic sense of humour. We say things on the internet we would be slightly more shy about saying in RL because the most that is going to happen if you offend someone is they'll either ignore you or they tell you and you can apologise whereas in RL if you offend someone sometimes that can just be it and you've lost a friend.

    22 @LouLou

Thats a very interesting point, one which I'd never really thought of before but actually makes perfect sense. We all have our humane empathetic "want to fit in" sides and yet we all struggle with our little problems that perhaps remove us from society a bit. Be it our sarcasm, our social awkwardness, maybe even disabilities ( I personally struggle with all 3 since iI'm sarcastic, socially awkward and am visually impaired) and we all identify with the show because its basically a supernaturally metaphorical representation of our lives and struggles. Great point.

Come on, more vampire Top Trumps! Herrick came up with it in the first place (S3 Ep8) so he deserves a card.

And can we add the BecH supernaturals? (Christa and Matt)

  • Comment number 90.

@82 He does seem to be happy to do that from what I've read too. I'll be so nervous!! Hope I don't end up coming across as weird lol

  • Comment number 91.

OK, you'll be glad to know I'm done with the top trumps, but here's one last vampire from S1 that I couldn't resist.

    Seth:
    Weaknesses – points at planes
    Special skills – none, he’s a moron!

Going to bed now. Tired and definitely getting a cold :(
Keep busy, keep sane all you bloggerati!

    Ok so now we have:
-Posters ('Evil' Hal and normal Hal, also a group one, Tom, Cutler, Annie, The OOs and Cutler and Hal in the 50's)
    -Hal mugs
    -T-shirts
-cutler mugs with "They're eating my focus group" on them
    -Top trump cards
    -action figures

  • Comment number 93.

88-@Mason Well, at least you didn't get eaten by the holing moster outside your window :)
Yes, and people can't hit you online ^^ or kick you in the shin.

  • Comment number 97.

    @79-lozzie-lo How about
    - Cutler's wolf puppet
    - Naming your stakes - a beginner's guide
    - Beetroot, tomato juice and vodka cocktail mix
    - Desk calendar with quote of the day
    Monday - How depressingly predictable.
    Tuesday - what's so funny?
Wednesday - has everyone been on stupid pills?
Thursday - it was brutal but it worked/softly softly massacre monkey
Friday - have you been on the kia-ora?
Saturday - try not to end up in a hoover bag
    Sunday - I'm positively giddy

  • Comment number 98.

@a0k (89): I'm all out for tonight, but would be so nerdily happy if the nightshift filled in all the vampire top trump gaps for me to read when I catch up tomorrow!
And Herrick mentioned top trumps? Forgotten all about that!

Night night (and this time I mean it!) Ooh look, Dirk Gently's on - there's Herrick....

  • Comment number 99.

    Bye lozzie_lo!

@0positive: She is actually the first one that I could convince. Of course I'm always a bit shy about trying to convince people I know to watch something I really care about.

@Lizzy: Great cards! But I think there should definitely be a Mitchell card.

  • Comment number 100.

    @0positiv

    Naw were you worried?

While we're lobbying for series 5 can we start a petition for Cutler to switch sides and join the HH. We could have a nice big cast. Hal, Tom, Annie, Alex and Cutler and possibly a new werewolf to join ( or Allison to return?) so we have two of each :D. Except Cutlers allegiance would be dubious and we'd never quite know if he was really a "good guy" until the finale when his loyalty was tested.
