Eddie鈥檚 father is (semi-regular) and his older brother is also in the police (stationed elsewhere).

Eddie wants to live up to both of them but fears he never will. What little attention he gets from his father is highly critical. This makes Eddie resentful but he hasn鈥檛 the courage to stand up for himself.

Eddie hides his insecurity with bravado and recklessness; he will weigh into dangerous situations without waiting for back up, believing he can save the day, and hopefully live up to his family name.

Likes to be one of the lads and enjoys the ribbing and camaraderie of work.
