Not a HUGE fan of Tully. But I like the fact that it starts off with George being sort of in awe of Tully's confidence and charm but then turns into Tully actually seeming quite envious of George's 'human' life, with friends. He seems more'pathetic' and 'desperate' towards the end, trying to hang on to George. I like that. The initial relationship between Tully and George reminded me a bit of the episode in Buffy where Xander becomes part of a 'pack', due to a hyena curse, and he starts acting out of character, spurred on by the other members of the 'pack'. When George said 'and I bet she loved it', I definitely thought that was demonstrating the power and influence of group/pack mentality.

It got really 'Luke, I am your father' in the middle. I laughed. But Tully, not a fan. But I guess he is going to be George's version of Herrick now.
    Nowthat would be good

It will be interesting to see what role Tully has to play in future episodes.

Can you imagine if he teamed up with Herrick? Hmm. Perhaps not but, in the words of Herrick: Something to ponder...

Tulley played an important part in George's life, i think it was a good learning curve for him, gaining him confidence and answering the all important question on how he 'became' what he is. I have a feeling George may need to seek him out again and may even join forces with him as it was mentioned that the gang's latest threat is humans so maybe he may be of some use!!
