I agree the final one worked better but thats brilliant - shame there wasnt a home for it :-( but they say you're only as good as the best thing you cut so that just shows how good the show was really. Any chance theres anything else like this we could have a peek at? :-) please :-)

Found it!! Love it!! It's cool. I dunno, I think it would have been a good beginning for episode 2. I mean, we saw plenty of shots of George transforming throughout the rest of the show didnt we? Yeah, that was wicked, and informative. Nice one, Toby. And Barry.

So I really liked it. I understand why it was wrong for the finished product but I also think it could have been interesting as an extra.
Vampire lore and ghost stories are just part of our culture in a weird way so having something like that could have helped me to connect more with the werewolf thing. As if weaving in werewolf stories helps make it more believable :s

I'm big on imagining tonal changes in my favourite shows. Like what would happen if BH was darker, more atmospheric, traditional supernatural roles were adhered to etc.. so I love reading the stuff that conflicts with the final and to us-original version.

He threw them into a furnace that was heated seven times hotter than usual, but they didn't burn and Nebuchadnezzar saw four people walking around in the furnace.
He then called them out and praised God and told everyone to worship their God instead.
Then he promoted them.

Is there a verse that I'm not aware of? Or did they really use artistic licence on the Bible?

I love the Bernie story! He needs to come back evil. Although I don't think Mitch would have turned him anyway but forgetting that lapse in character personality I do honestly believe that Bernie killed his mum pretty quickly afterwards. I mean he was left on his own with a wayward, confused mother. And she was annoying as heck so I would have killed her too.

Wow that was brilliant thank you. I would've liked to have seen it at the beginning of Ep 2 and I'm sure it could've been made to work in some way. I like the religious references to George's condition especially as he's Jewish; makes it all the more significant somehow.

And I'm soooo glad that I'm not the only one who found Fleur incredibly annoying. My perfect ending to Ep 4 would've been her disappearing under the wheels of a train! I'm just trying to think of the perfect soundtrack to that.

Cieria dont worry Im like that - especially with the kids when I'm teaching them to spell words after a while you start thinking...hmm is that really a word?! I was doing it with "my" the other day I couldnt for the life of me spell it or use it in a sentence lol and I spent so long messing about with different fonts for "being human" on one of my videos that i started to question whether Id spelt Being right or if was even actally a word...hmm

Ok just to throw a couple out there what if episode 5 ended differently - what iflauren hadnt died? or if annie had opened the door -do we reckon if shed gone through she could have got back to help mitchell or not? or what if gilbert hadnt gone through his in ep 3? or what if mitchell had "saved" becca?

I'm thinking about what you said eagle. But honestly all of those things had to end up that way.
I think that it would have suited the Mitch character better if he had turned Becca rather than Bernie. But then again if it was realism (in a fictional supernatural tv show world) then Mitch would have legged it way before Bernie was ran over. But anyway...

Annie offers the most 'what ifs'. Say she knew that Owen killed her from the start (like Cieria's FF) how would she have turned out? In my mind I imagine she would be pretty angsty and cool. Say she had of gone through the door but returned in a different way..

And Sethy... *sigh*

What if Josie hadn't been around or she hadn't offered herself to heal Mitchell?? Could have been bad, he wouldn't have been able to agree to meet Herrick, George wouldn't have been able to intervene, Nina wouldn't have been scratched and Herrick would still be around. Oooh dear. Or maybe if Mitchell HAD died then George and Annie would have gone in with their gay ninja guns blazing and... would they have won??

More importantly, would there even be a series 2? Oooh Josie, pivotal moment.

Oh yeah I agree completely that things had to go the way they did im just saying what if? although i dont agree about Becca/Bernie When Becca died he was just beginning to deal/have trouble with Lauren and didnt want her going the same way - as well as having a lot of trouble with himself and it was a big struggle so didnt want to put her through that but by the time Bernie was dying he had made the decision to go back to the vampires and was viewing them in a much more positive light so to him at that point it wasnt quite so bad and recruiting him was an option
