The 23rd of January is getting ever closer. So close, in fact, that it's time for a preview of the episode itself.

Sink your teeth into it. Suck the blood out of it. Tastes good doesn't it?

If this isn't enough to satisfy your craving we've got a featuring new werewolves Tom and McNair, played by Michael Socha and Robson Green.

Being Human returns this Sunday at 9pm on Ö÷²¥´óÐã Three.

  • Comment number 19.

Why does Mitchell seem so fascinated with the mural?

  • Comment number 20.

How will we last till Sunday after seeing this? Too good! Looking fantastic. Loving the laughs. Loving the Mitchell / Nina tension..... And Robson being funny. Remembering hanging out on Barry Island at the funfair and icecream parlors as a teenager. All good!!

  • Comment number 21.

    "They reckon it's haunted..."
    *pause*
    "Nope. Nothing. It's fine."

We've been house hunting the past couple of days, but we haven't seen anything quite like Honolulu Heights! :)

2 MORE SLEEPS!!! GAH!!!! The excitement!!!

The wait for it to come up on iplayer is going to be a killer! :(

  • Comment number 22.

A massive thank you to Mr P and BHProd, by the way, for all the new videos and treats! :D

  • Comment number 23.

    Yus!!!!
    Cheers BHP, you wee beauties!

Hmm, I wonder why they've struggled to let the place out?

  • Comment number 24.

Not sure if this has already been posted (apologies if it has), but here's a new interview with lovely Mr Turner. There are spoliers, but none that we haven't heard already:

  • Comment number 25.

    Love it. Basil!!
I think I'm gonna be loving George this series. Mitchell may be WAY too serious though - which of course is fully expected given everything that's happened!! I mean, I still love him, obviously!
Nina's just wonderful too. I'm looking forward to seeing her & George all happy (I hope they're happy)!

  • Comment number 26.

    Evening bloggers!!

Can't wait to watch the full episode now!!

Thanks for all the links guys. xx

  • Comment number 27.

Awwww that part with Annie calling out was tear jerking for me!

great clip,I love the B&B they are going to be living in...it has such atmosphere.

    Hugs
    X

  • Comment number 28.

So many new people have joined for series 3 and i've been lurking around for so long i thought i may as well hop on the wagon, i watched the original pilot on bbc3 and signed the petition to get it commissioned after that awful kung fu show did and being human was ignored (showed them eh!). Was devastated when they got replaced for the new series (just couldn't see anyone else but Guy pulling off that ancient machinery of the world line) and fell in love with Lenora and Aidan within moments of the first episode. Loved seeing all the debates over the censsa videos (including photos of scratchmarks on trees, ah nostalgia) and now here we are at series 3.

  • Comment number 29.

stripy_tie (comment 28) you're bringing a tear to our eye! So many good times for originals and newbies alike. The BH bloggers truly are the best around and to celebrate... THE PARTY RINGS ARE ON US.

No, wait, how much are party rings these days? Hmmm, thought so. Tell you what, you bring the biscuits and we'll bring the new series of Being Human at 9pm this Sunday on Ö÷²¥´óÐã Three.

    Deal?

  • Comment number 30.

    @ 21: Yes! I loved that part!

@ 2: And thank you, ewan, for the clips. Mcnair, "Even old people are weird now." Lol!

  • Comment number 31.

Loving the new set. Glad Annie's managed to follow them to the new house. Am thinking the built in bar will get plenty of action!

  • Comment number 32.

    15. This is the link I used to watch the pilot.

    Enjoy

  • Comment number 33.

Look at this blog, this blog is amazing!

the series is going to be amazing!

    Be amazed!

  • Comment number 34.

I am verrry encouraged by that preview. Looks like they've really tried to recapture the series 1 tone...

Has anyone been on the liveforfilms blog? It has spoilers for eps 1 2 and 3... 3 in particular has some ..interesting... developments.

Dunno if they're true or not though...

  • Comment number 35.

[29] deal! What about jaffa cakes?

  • Comment number 36.

[29] DEAL! I'll bring the Shine back! it's a promise..

  • Comment number 37.

Personally...there is so much HYPE about this show's return I am starting to HYPE-erventialte.

@Ö÷²¥´óÐãBreakfast were very kind today and put Tovey's interview out on the net for people to see. No bars or regional blocks. Please tell them thanks from the little Oz man called Tom. xxx

    Cheers,

    Tom in Oz

Can we have Tim-Tams with our party?

    *sigh*

  • Comment number 38.

I cannot wait. I may have to prevent myself from coming on this website for two days, to save myself from self combustion.

  • Comment number 39.

    LOVE THIS SHOW !!!!!!
I want Mitchell and Annie to go out or at least kiss and let them be confused, and then have sneaky kisses behind George and Nina's back, and then Fall in love xx hehe x I should direct an episode xx I Love Mitchell and Annie xxx And can't wait till Sunday !!!!!!!! :D

  • Comment number 40.

The time is coming ever nearer from this moment in time two days shall pass and the torment will end as questions asked are answered but after that hours time. Some questions will remain and others now unasked will come to the fore.

48 hours till we once again see the Awesome Foursome how they cope with what they now know - what they've seen. Will they be able to stay together in two days we will start to find out some half answers yet also still more questions for the coming weeks.

My advice to you is this re-watch and be ready.

  • Comment number 41.

Wow, welcomed by BHProd themselves, I feel like royalty.

  • Comment number 42.

29 - Blog Annie and I will bring the chocolate if you bring the *chocolate*... where is blog Annie these days?! Desperately avoiding spoilers?

1000 words down. 3000 to go and the worst part is that I haven't even started the arguments yet... at this rate the essay will be written, but I'll miss BH just trying to get the word count down. Words words words... maybe I could ditch the bit about Hamlet? No. Hamlet is just too damn good.

  • Comment number 43.

41 - stripy_tie you are royalty. I missed the pilot stuff, but I was there from the first trailer... albeit only started blogging a month ago. You have to be there at the pilot to be truly adored I think.

    Welcome you old-timer.

  • Comment number 44.

37 - what are Tim-Tams? Describe them and see if my mouth waters. maybe I should google it. I am excited by party food.

  • Comment number 45.

Did I just sign up so I could squee on the blog because all these teaser trailers and interviews were pushing me dangerously close to internal combustion?

    Possibly...possibly

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee *does a very happy dance*

  • Comment number 46.

I don't know if there is party food in Germany I could party with, maybe I'll just go with a butter bretzel, which is the food of the Gods.

  • Comment number 47.

37 - I have established that Tim-Tams are based on British Penguins. Not the antarctic ones. I'm sure we can sort out some Penguins at our virtual party. It really wouldn't be a party without them. Wikipedia knows everything.

  • Comment number 48.

Alright, that failed. I just don't have the willpower. Zoya, you and I must strive to avoid spontaneous combustion.

  • Comment number 49.

48 - You have yourself a deal Kaline. It's going to be very difficult though. I've been spamming my fellow Being Human friend-fans (most of who I converted, muahaha) with spoilers (I have been warning them in advance of clickage...sort of *cough*) but none of them seem quite as ready to explode with awesomeness as I am.

See, I'm even rambling - not that I ramble usual *cough cough* - but this is what Ö÷²¥´óÐã and Being Human does to me!

...I'll stop now. Only 47.5 hours left...I think. Maths was never my strong suit

  • Comment number 50.

OK hyperventilating here! Can NOT wait for sunday! It better come quick otherwise I think I'm going to die of excitement! :D

  • Comment number 51.

    41. Awww bless stripy_tie, welcome to the blog!!

I've only been blogging since Monday myself, despite regularly coming on here to catch up with all things Being Human!!!

As BHP mentioned BH bloggers really are the best,x

  • Comment number 52.

All this talk of a party has made me crave chocolate, as well as BH3. Thanks guys.

  • Comment number 53.

Alas I'll have to wait until someone posts "lia" somewhere. So, in order not to spoil the fun, I won't have a look on your comments on the show on Sunday.

But I promise to bring a homemade dip for the party :-).

  • Comment number 54.

    ill get decorations and hats

  • Comment number 55.

Just seen the pictures on Facebook... that Paul Kaye chap looked a lot like Matilda's Dad in Stratford... so I checked and it is him. Seen him live. Interesting. Do like it when I can link things I like together. I'm a bit scared of him though. He looks mean. Not seen him in anything else, but looking at his imdb profile he's incredibly hard-working but not generally in stuff I like.

  • Comment number 56.

54 - Jammie I love hats, but I was hoping you'd bring the jammie dodgers!

  • Comment number 57.

I wonder what Ewan's favourite party food is...

  • Comment number 58.

56-That would mean going into my secret stash, and that is for personal consumption

  • Comment number 59.

58 - like my Cadbury's Buttons. My work colleagues will attest that I don't share them. Fair play. I could grab some along with the Penguins for Tom in Oz.

  • Comment number 60.

Oh, I could bake brownies :) Secret family recipe...

  • Comment number 61.

60 - even better, you could back fairtrade brownies using fairtrade chocolate and sugar. That way even the producers can enjoy them. Fairtrade chocolate is fat free too. Free from the fat of corporate glutony.

  • Comment number 62.

did i say "back"? I meant "bake" of course. Hand is over-typed.

  • Comment number 63.

Well, they use cocoa, not chocolate (which I didn't just tell you) And fairtrade cocoa is better to cook with. Less lumpy.

  • Comment number 64.

63 - you are talking to someone who has never baked in her life (grew up with diabetics the kill-joys!) so your secret means nothing to me! However, glad to hear they'll be fairtrade fat-free jobbies.

I was wondering if Herrick ever contemplated fairly-traded blood, but I don't think it can work as the blood producer would need to get a) a fair price and b) an improved life from it... no I can see Herrick making that work in his head... not necessarily in anyone else's though.

  • Comment number 65.

Didn't they sort of try that? Or, y'know, not killing them? In S1, before the "Who want some of my chair" line?

  • Comment number 66.

Hi everyone! Stripey-tie you've dragged me out of hiding, you've pricked my conscience - it's time we all came out of the shadows! Been lurking since series one so feel you're all family - Hi Ewan, Dorina, Anglo - loving annie, warwickshire-rose and the-thickies etc and not forgetting, how could I, Tom-in Oz!
Sooo excited about Sunday and I'm officially out, it's such a relief. BHProd. Thanks so much for making the build up so thrilling - can't believe how many newbies are coming through - but, BHProd, better catering please, it has to be Chocolate digestives!

  • Comment number 67.

I was so excited that I'd outed myself I forgot to say just how much - 'I LOVE BEING HUMAN' the writers, the cast, the crew, Mr P and all you lovely bloggers, you're brilliant!!

  • Comment number 68.

What's important about 12:02? I know that time has been used somewhere else before the question is where? 12:02 how is it important? 12:02.

  • Comment number 69.

First welcome all the new bloggers

Here is something quite fun. The new episode is already showing in advance of next Sundays episode.
there is a problem with the cast however for a Character called Richard mentioned who doesn't appear in the cast list - not a spoiler just a name. There is someone called Robert is that the mistake?

Not going to mention the plot just the names.

  • Comment number 70.

68 - I don't know. I am not going to check every book in the bible for you I regret to say.

Hello Daisy-the-tourist - nice that you have come out the closet like the rest of us. Chocolate digestives are good, chocolate hobnobs are better.

65 - Kaline... I think you'll find the generic sense amongst those people was that they were being exploited rather than being fairly traded. Chairs are more effective than whisks and mobile phone chargers.

Ewan you didn't answer my question...

  • Comment number 71.

ooh hark at that. Spot on midnight... finally we're on the same day as our Aussie bloggers! =) (We're collectively leaving the Americans behind though... they are so yesterday!)

  • Comment number 72.

70 - A lot of biscuits are made with either milk or chocolate. So it's not an issue for me.

  • Comment number 73.

    66. Hiya daisy-the-tourist, welcome to the blog.

It feels good doesn't it, making the leap and finally posting on here??

So glad you've decided to join in!! Yay!!

Almost finished re-watching season 2, just love this show!! x

  • Comment number 74.

69 - where are you Ewan? I don't know where to look to discuss.

I have achieved 1500 words and my brain is fried. I am perculiarly fascinated by the concept of gravity right now though. Utterly blowing my mind. I want to understand it better.

  • Comment number 75.

72 - I have some friends in Birmingham who make cakes out of vegetables because he is lactose intolerant and - to be perfectly honest with you - they are the absolute tastiest cakes I have ever eaten in my life. I could bring some of them for you. But I'd eat some of them on the way. I don't want you to be left out. And there's always one of Jammie's hats for you to wear.

  • Comment number 76.

On the 'On TV' at the top it shows basic plot description for 'Adams Family' that's where the I'm guessing the missing Richard will be amended soon.

well done on the 1500 words

  • Comment number 77.

76 - thank you. Not feeling overly proud of my 1500 words but I had to go to the docs because the stress is appearing in physical symptoms and sainsbury's so I started late. I have been distracted. Wish BH had less stuff diverting me.

Yep, just looked. as a typist the fact that the surname of the actor on the previous line of the cast list is "Roberts" may have caused me to muddle names. Perhaps it happened to the web making person. I want to call them spider(wo)man.

  • Comment number 78.

Well that is probably where the mistake comes from.
    Typo's are like that.

  • Comment number 79.

Just rewatched the clip again... I really love the bit about the

    "they reckon it's haunted"
the guys look about briefly and casually "nope there's nothing here" "no, you're fine" and move on.

Every time it makes me grin from ear to ear with joy. How stupid is that? Only you bloggers could ever understand that pleasure.

  • Comment number 80.

Also a very personnel point why is Nina the 6th in line Sinead is now one of the permanent cast. How come two of the Guest start are there before her in the cast list.

    tut tut tut

  • Comment number 81.

All three of them together each saying no in theeir own way.
    No it's fine - Nina
no there's nothing here - George
and Mitchell I can't really tell if he says any thing.

Also I've always thought it was said Bazil not Basil

  • Comment number 82.

80 - I registered that and assumed that they're listed in order of appearance, maybe? They do that with Merlin a lot. In fact thinking about the one I watched over breakfast, it wasn't just order of appearance, it was order of lines - Arthur was in the first scene, but his first lines were quite late on in the show and he was the penultimate person on the cast list.

  • Comment number 83.

    81 - said "Bah-zillll", spelt "Basil"

Mitchell doesn't say anything, just usual shrug, writing off the irrelevant banter that he doesn't care about.

  • Comment number 84.

Nope they did it with Lia as well and we know Annie appears later than Nina in the episode.

Mitchell is reacting in the clip s if it's the first time she's seen in that episode - I'm interested if I could have an explanation that works.

If it happens to be order of appearance I will be surprised.

    Annie
    George
    Mitchell
    Guest
    Guest
    Nina

Both times both episodes, That is not order of appearance.

  • Comment number 85.

No use. Brain close to expiry. Must go to bed. And take drugs. Just got a migraine come on in last two minutes and feel like my brain is going to explode out my nostrils/ears. Comedy. Except for the pain and the light of the computer screen.

Night night Ewan. And all you lovely bloggers - Being Human really is the best. Get out of bed you lazy Aussies. Hehehe!

  • Comment number 86.

84 - can't explain it Ewan. it's not alphabetical. it's not age. I can't believe it's percentage of air time. that's all I can offer. head hurts owwwww.... bed!

  • Comment number 87.

Good night and may you sleep the pain away

  • Comment number 88.

In my late night inner ramblings I have come up with a possible theory - Is Lia the person Mitchell is waiting for to die? I might have got this horribly and embarrassingly wrong but wasn't she the vet nurse or student or whatever that was mauled by a wolf? Would that not be an ideal way to tie them ALL together, make her more significant, and present the threat from within? This would give her an insight into every aspect of our Being Human.
Should I go and defrost my car now...?

  • Comment number 89.

Laurar- i've kind of assumed she was one of the people on the train. 1. because it lines up with Mitchell having to face what he did 2. The train people are mentioned a lot in Annie's messages.

Student/vet nurse that was mauled by a wolf?.

  • Comment number 90.

Well I may as well make 2 points based on the trailer

Laurar - She knows Mitchell is a vampire but he doesn't know who she is "How do I know you" so yes could have been on the train but for Mitchell in episode 6 season 1 "I remember all their names" He tells Annie that he remembers every last one of his victims then again it's only been four weeks of Detox.

As to the werewolf idea Stripy tie slight problem is she identifies what he is off the bat - "I know your a vampire" but that's all she's seen vampires but no word on if she's seen werewolves.

These are the clues given in the trailer what turns out to be true we still have yet to find out, at 9pm tomorrow night.

  • Comment number 91.

Ewan- Her knowing that he's a vampire is one of the things that started off my theory originally. Here's the thing though, how do we know it was Mitchell that personally killed her?. Daisy was there too and she probably got more than her fair share of the slaughter. A packed train full of dead, dying and terrified people while off your skull on blood is hardly conductive to facial memory. Then again i may be overthinking it but i believe there's some legs to the idea.

Who is this vetinary nurse/student Laurar is referring to though? at no point can i remember a female werewolf attack victim unless she's referring to the werewolf ghost at the end of series 2 that finished off our old mate Lloyd (but we've already seen her eh?). Also i think you might have got our posts mixed up ewan, mine was the train theory and the werewolf one is Laurar's.

  • Comment number 92.

That was a spoiler referring to a guest star I hope you accept I have to be circumspect when talking about spoilers on the blog. but that character has been mentioned before.

The fact that it could have been Daisy to kill her is valid. very valid, so cannot be discounted just yet. a small point is that there might have been a lot of sharing going on between the two on the train journey. I get the idea that when 'in the blood' is a fun thing to share - remember that in the flat (60's flashback episode) both the girls bodies are together and Herrick is picking his teeth. feeding being a communal thing. The fact after eating covered in blood Mitchell and Daisy end up in bed together means that he would have shared a little.

So if Lia was on the train I'll be going for Mitchell not being entirely through Detox yet. Still being a little hazy on events.

There is one point however Mitchell has been listening to reports on the radio and in looking for Annie on the TV would look at the news where pictures of the deceased might be shown.

  • Comment number 93.

Wow so many exciting things and so many new bloggers it's getting hard to keep up with it all :D Thanks to everyone who has put up all those wonderful links!

71 - Hey WR I don't want to get left behind, I want to come to the party too. What if I brought some chocolate ice cream or a nice cheese tray?

  • Comment number 94.

Some excellent points there Ewan, haven't they been in that little house since they escaped from Kemp and Lucy though? when Annie communicates through the tv there they say it's completely broken and Mitchell is listening to the radio when the news about the train came on so i don't think they had a working one. The news report on the Honolulu heights tv might have been the first he's seen since. Ah i haven't read any spoilers so that female werewolf character thing makes sense

  • Comment number 95.

It's Saturday. Tomorrow is Sunday! Eeeeee!!!

Hey Ewan, you seem to have extra knowledge. Where from?

How's the essay going WR? Hope you had a good night's sleep and are feeling better today.

  • Comment number 96.

I thought I was being clever thinking Lia might be someone on the train.

Laurar, do you mean Mitchell could have been waiting for her to die so he could go through the door? Interesting thought. I've wondered how he was going to get to the other side. But wouldn't he recognise her?

I had previously thought she might be some kind of demon or angel or whatever the people who run things in purgatory are. That would give her special knowledge.
Now thinking train passenger makes most sense.

  • Comment number 97.

Interesting discussion about Lia. Vet student sounds intriguing.
It always seemed Box Tunnel victim was most likely, but maybe not as she definitely doesn't look scared of him or even angry in the clip. Much more the one in control. And as others say, Mitchell should know his victims.
Mitchell has died once, perhaps he saw her then on the other side before waking as a vampire. It's always been said he saw the same things as Annie on the other side. The problem with that theory is her clothes would place her long after Mitchell died. 1950's?
Perhaps she knows he's a vampire because she's one too, stuck in endless purgatory.
Never mind, it's all academic because in just a few hours we'll know. Yay!

  • Comment number 98.

Well back to the debate in one of the mild spoilers it refers to Annie sending messages not message messages through the TV that is how I'm assuming that Mitchell might get to see the passengers or from newspapers.

For spoilers or extra knowledge I'm one of those fools who couldn't resist the press release.

  • Comment number 99.

Just under 29 hours to wait, i've already told my flatmates that unless someone needs a lift to the hospital they're not to disturb me.

  • Comment number 100.
