That was really nice. Thanks for putting that up. I always like seeing how you guys make the most of available space, and going through everyone's wardrobes,as you said, Narnia-style, adds to the hwole kookiness of the place. I love Annie's armchair, too. Gorgeous pattern on it, and the dusty greyish pink wallpaper tying-in with her wearing grey and being a ghost...or maybe I'm reading too much into it?
I love the little gnomes on the wallpaper too. I could carry on writing about all little 'things' I love re: set design...well, re: everything, but I'll shut up for now...

I desperately want Annie's chair. I know exactly where to put it and everything. I'll take the ghost, too, actually.

This is somewhat off-topic but concerned with the production and I don't know where else to post it.

The excellent use of music is much discussed online. Any chance of a playlist of songs used in each of the episodes, maybe after each episode airs? Or something similar?

Thanks and sorry if this is entirely the wrong place to post this.

I'll second SharonTheHarper comments regarding a series songlist.
The use of music has been excellent in the 3 episodes so far.
    wts.

Loving the postivity on the music choices!

Just so you know, after being asked elsewhere on the Blog about the music, we've been working away on bringing you a proper list and insight on this.

So don't worry, its on its way!

ooooh I really love Annie's wallpaper colour. Any idea of where we could get something similar? Does it have a name or did someone just create it?

George's room is brilliant too- loving the gnomes!

can anyone tell me where i can buy some of that gnome wallpaper, i love it, it would look so cute in my little girls room. thanks

The house is so cute; exterior and interior; choice of colours and textures!
It felt like watching "Who would live in a house like this?" and we're the panel of judges.
Clever use of small space cut to next room through wardrobes, I think that will become fun trivia about the show for the fans :-)
Can we have a behind the scenes look at props as well? I'm really curious about props in filming - they're clues to the characters' personalities as the rooms are.
If there is a series 2 do you want to make the house look slightly different as eps progress; A, M and G adding to their home with more furniture and possessions; I like the name given through T of it being a sanctuary for our three?
G must get some wallpaper or he'll need *even more* therapy about those creepy gnomes! LOL
Yes this was a fun ep story idea came to me what if the hospital assign a therapist to its staff (well they *do* have stressful jobs even without members of staff dying suddenly!) and despite trying to weasel out of it the guys M and G still have to attend sessions mandatory for keeping their jobs. Imagine the scenes; especially if the therapist was a woman! ;-D

Someone early mentioned the Gnome Wallpaper, where can you get it??

  • Comment number 10.

hmm i like. i dont normally like things like this - dont like to remind myself that its all pretend lol but it was quite interesting :-) thank you. and yeah also - great choice of music i always watch with the subtitles on so it tells me what the songs are called then go and download them :-)

Please could you tell me what the name of the paint colour is in the Being Human living room? I really want to paint my room the same! It's the dusty blue one. Thanks!

This is such a great show - all our (adult) family love it.
The whole concept is so different and keeps us all on the edge of our seats.
    Just brilliant.
Please let the powers-that-be know that very few programs are so talked about and enjoyed by those interested in the horror genre.
And a very big thank you

You did a guided tour of the house but you forgot to show the landing, where the most important item to me resides. The wallpaper.
Could anybody help me in finding a source for this item because it brings back memories of my childhood and l would like it on the walls of my office at home.
Have all the other extras to go with it.
I would if I could move straight into the house. The program is brilliant as I live in Bristol and I can relate to all the sites shown, also the representation of the people played by the actors is true to form. They must be congratulated for this because you see these people walking the streets every day. HOWL

It's good to look and see how the filming is done. I live down the road from that house and was wondering if you were using the inside or a studio. It's great seeing the local area on such a cool show.

I love how the house has been 'made'. You guys have thought of everything even the realy small details, like not finishing the decorating and having reasons for things, ie the blinds specifically for Mitchell, the big chair for Annie to make her look vulnerable, and the wallpaper in George's room, it fits his character perfectly!!!

  • Comment number 17.

wow i love the rnb thing u got going on there... gangsta indeed lol. thats really awesome!

  • Comment number 18.

I love everything about the home set. George & Mitchell's room, as well as the color blocks on the living room windows, are my favorite parts.

+ another echo of absolute love for the gnome wallpaper!
I did some super searching and found that it may be from a company in Oakland, CA. It's a slightly modified, cheerier version though. The illustrations are by Rien Poortvliet, and I LOVE it because it reminds me of the great tv show David the Gnome, from my childhood.

Hopefully definite info on the wallpaper/set design can be posted.

Does anyone know WHERE to get a copy of Annie's Chair or who manufactures it?

  • Comment number 20.
