New to BH? Watch out, this post contains spoilers from series one...

Blimey, when we said we wanted your questions for Aidan Turner and Russell Tovey you really delivered. However, there is one member of our cast left to go into our interview hot seat and that's the woman behind everyone's favourite ghost, Lenora Crichlow.

If you've got a question for Lenora add it to this thread and we'll be sifting through and putting as many to her as we can for a personal response. But don't worry, any questions already posted on on the previous entries have been gathered, so no need to re-post those.

Aidan, Russell and Lenora's video interviews will all be online next week, so don't forget to come back to the blog once the series is over for a little bit of extra Being Human goodness. After all, we wouldn't want you going cold turkey on your own...Just look what it did to Lauren...

**UPDATE** Thanks for the amazing responses!听 This feature is now closed... click here to see the final videos from Aidan, Lenora and Russell.

omg this is a surprize i'm first yay!
well my first question is do you think you are similar to in any way annie?
2)do you have any weird tricks or hobbies?
3)do you think in your opinion that annie is getting more braver as the series goes on?

and last question what was the most funnyist scene you had to flim and did you get the giggles alot when filming it?
but b4 i go i had to say
well done at the part of playing annie you are very talented because of it. well hope you had a good time filming that series as much as me and my friends did watchin it
    see ya

  • Comment number 2.

I was comfortable with a dour Annie who literally haunted the house, but the warmth and wit that punctuate the show where least expected are what endears me to it, and I think an Annie who had a lot of life left to live is fundamental to that. My question is, did you make a conscious decision to breathe more life back into Annie?

  • Comment number 3.

Your portrayal has been excellent. I particularly noticed how goood it was by the subtler things like the look in your eyes. So, first off, well done and thank you for that.

Annie is possibly the character who fluctuates most when it comes to emotions. Do you find that you get absorbed into it so much that you feel drained after a take? If so, what is the best way for you to unwind?

Also, being the youngest, are the guys protective and big brothery with you in real life?

Finally (sorry this is a really girly question) I love your hair - how long does it take to do?

Thank you in advance if you answer :-)

  • Comment number 4.

Ooh, also, are you most recognised for Sugar or Annie?

  • Comment number 5.

hi lenora !!! annie is my favourite character because she is very calm and controlled but what are your tips to be a kind and helpful ghost
    thanks lenora xxx

  • Comment number 6.

I'd like to ask Lenora if she's a believer or a sceptic when it comes to all things supernatural and ghostly...

Thanks for these Q&As chaps and chappesses, really good idea!

  • Comment number 7.

Sorry, I keep trying to think of more!

Have you ever seen/felt a ghost? If not, do you believe in them?

If you had the opportunity to see one person [who had died] as a ghost, who would it be and what would you want to say to them? (not meaning to pry/upset, so can be someone famous for instance)

Has playing Annie made you more conscious of 'living'? e.g. are you more likely to appreciate what you have/tie up loose ends? etc

    Thank you :-)

  • Comment number 8.

DaletheTimelord- sorry, wasn't trying to steal your question! You must have submitted yours as I was typing mine, as I only just saw it!

  • Comment number 9.

Hi Lenora! You've done an amazing job of playing Annie, can't wait to find out what happens in episode 6.

My question is, how difficult was it to shoot the scenes with Owen? They must have been so intense!

  • Comment number 10.

    Hi Leonora,

Obviously you're everyone's favourite ghost, but if you had had the pick of the supernaturals, would you still have chosen Annie?

Or would you have gone for (a female version, naturally!) Mitchell or George's 'conditions'?

Really looking forward to the next series, and hoping to see you in other programmes soon as well.

  • Comment number 11.

    hello :)

My question is Annies outfit and style is very relaxed, do you like dressing like that or do you prefer a more glamed up look?

Thankyou :) And Well done your really talented, and you clearly have a good bond with all the cast of screen aswell because it comes through in your acting :)
xxx (any new characters next seris, I do gcse drama!)

  • Comment number 12.

About those Boots.....where are they from they are gorgeous.

Do you ever get fed up of your natural casual ghost outfit.

Do you ever go to work thinking here I am working with hot actors, and I quite fancy that cameraman and one of the set builders. Id like to give myself a confidence boost and turn up with exciting make up and a saucier outfit, maybe some killer heels but Im in comfortable grey stuff again and my nose and eyes are red cause I've just done an emotional scene.

Would the rest of the cast even recognise you if you turned up Olivia Newton John style in some sexy number or would it be a total shock to them.

  • Comment number 13.

Teehee! First comment ever for me.
    *deep breath*
Has playing a ghost caused you to exmine your own feelings about death?
How do you feel the show has handled this issue?
Annie's religious beliefs haven't really been explored, but she was buried in what looked like a Christian-ish graveyard. Did you come up with your own view on the character's beliefs or lack thereof?

  • Comment number 14.

Just the one question for my brain has suddenly frozen:

鈥淲hich Annie alter ego do you like playing with?

The happy, sweet, nice Annie who makes tea OR the darker Annie that ultimately made Owen go insane and kicked some Vampire arse?鈥

Also just wanted to add that I love your portrayal of Annie and I鈥檓 very glad that we have a series two! ^__^

If you happen to answer my question: THANK YOU!! (in advance)

    ~Neverwinter

  • Comment number 15.

    Are you a method actor?

Have you received any fan mail from victims of domestic abuse?

I (fortunately) have never been in a physically abusive relationship but have been in a verbally/mentally/emotionally abusive relationship and feel that the writers, you and the guy who plays Owen have all captured the pattern of 'not realising it's even happening', neediness, bullying, isolation and belittling etc absolutely perfectly.

    Well done. Again!

  • Comment number 16.

Hi, Love Annie loads but come on girl surely we can make Owen pay more than just going a bit mad (or are you not finished with him yet? ) Anyway, my question to you and it is a really serious one..... How the hell do you even remember to breathe let alone speak your lines with Aidan in the same room ?. Are Aidan and Russel as sweet to you as Mitchell and George are to Annie?

  • Comment number 17.

Lenora! Just curious what answer you would have (I asked Aidan and Russell the same question):

I love your performance on the show and I just can't wait to see more of you, Aidan, and Russell!

If your character, Annie, was stuck on an island and had to choose one person to be stuck with, who would you choose and why: Mitchell or George?

  • Comment number 18.

    Hiii Lenora!!!

I really love your work and was so pleased to hear that you had been cast as Annie, you have turned Annie into such a loveable (and slightly scary [judging by episode six's preview lol]) character, you are so good at the emotional scenes aswell as the great gift of comic timing (the scene where Annie was trying to ''haunt'' Owen had me in tears and I don't think anyone else could have pulled it off like you did!!!)

I really want to congratulate you on your amazing work on ''Sugar Rush'', which was me and my friends' favourite show. In fact, Sugar Rush was what Skins is to us now lmao, the ''cool, sexy, naughty'' show that we would have to stay up late to watch (at this point, I should mention that I was only 13/14 at the time hehehe). It was such a brave role for someone so young to take on and you did so well in it, and oh yeah, Sugar REALLY is a girl that, if she was outside putting out the recycling, a guy in a van would actually shout out ''Slag'' at. lol

Anywhoo, time to ''Confess, Lenora... Confessssssssss''.

    1)
If you can, could you describe what it was like working on the set of Being Human, especially as the youngest actor, and one of the only prominentely featured females (bar the characters of Lauren and Janey ''the pleb'' Harris, and how it compares to your time on the set of ''Sugar Rush''.

    2)
''What was it like working with Gregg Chillin? (who plays Owen), towards the end of the series, the scenes that you shared were very intense and emotional, and you two had such a great chemistry and repertoire but, what was it actually like working with him?

Thanks so much Lenora and I can't wait to see waht you do with Annie-kins in Series Two (sounds better and better each time I say it lol).
    XXX

  • Comment number 19.

*My name is Koy by the way lol, pronounced like:
    coy, meaning shy.*

  • Comment number 20.

I love the way you've portrayed Annie and her story.
So how would you like to see Annie develop in the next series?
Also I thought you were really good in Sugar Rush. I know Julie Burchill wrote a sequel, would you consider playing Sugar again?

  • Comment number 21.

Annie, being a ghost, is dead, but hasn't left this realm yet, and in ep5 she gets her chance. If it was actually you, Lenora, and you were [suspending disbelief] a ghost, and given the choice of whether or not to go through the door, would you?

  • Comment number 22.

    Heyy:D

What is your fav episode and why?

    Jennifer -x-

  • Comment number 23.

Lenora, what was the most challenging emotional thing that presented itself while you were finding out what your character is all about

  • Comment number 24.

Hi Lenora! You are gorgeous. Would you like to go out for a cup of tea. We could talk about our feelings and kittens & stuff. (joke by the way, not really asking you out). My question is this. Would you be scared if you encountered a ghostly spirit, who couldn`t move on? Has playing Annie given you some insight to how it would feel?

  • Comment number 25.

    Hi Lenora!!

As you can tell all the Being Human fans adore you and your portrayal of Annie, every week i have become more and more of a fan of yours and you officially broke my heart last week!!

Although it has probably been asked, i'd love to know what you would like to happen for Annir in the next series (providing she's still in it of course!!)

ooo and i really really hope you dont go through that door! we want more of you!

  • Comment number 26.

I can only think of one for now, but I'll add more when I think of them.

    My question is:
If you could have chosen the outfit that Annie died in, bearing in mind that you have to wear it for the whole series what would it be?

    Romy x

  • Comment number 27.

Yet again I want to repeat that all three of the actors have been fabulous and have made the show what it is!!

For Lenora i'd like to ask: If you had been writing the show and you had to choose the way Annie took her revenge and 'haunted' Owen and how she got him to confess how would you have chosen for her to do it?

Hope that made sense lol! :D

  • Comment number 28.

Hi Lenora. I have to say, I absolutely loved you in Sugar Rush, a fantastic series everyone should see at least once, but in Being Human you've completely blown me away! Congratulations on going from strength to strength in every new role you've been in. :D

** Is there anyone (actor, director or otherwise) that you would like to work with who you haven't before? Or, are there others you would love to work with again sometime?

** On a similar note, are there any particular characters or roles that you would particularly like to play?

** Was it difficult for you to tackle such an emotionally charged situation as Annie's emotional and presumably physical abuse at the hands of Owen (the awesome Greg Chillin!)? How do you prepare yourself for those sorts of scenes?

(I posed a similar question to this for Russell thanks to some timely help from my friend SharonTheHarper *hugz*)
** Lenora, were you immediately drawn to the role of Annie and the premise of Being Human or did it take some getting used to? And aside from Annie, are there any other characters that you would have liked to play?

Thankyou for this lvoely chance to learn more about you and take care, Lenora! Can't wait to see you in series 2!
    KC.

  • Comment number 29.

  • Comment number 31.

Hi Agen I have One More Question To Ask U Do You Think In the being human world that george and Mitchell Leave You Out A bit? thanks agen lve chloe :) xxx

  • Comment number 32.

If you could haunt any celebrities house who's would you haunt and why?

As Annie only has to stay in the outfit she died in was you upset you couldn't have a costume change? And what would your worst outfit be to be stuck in?

There are some pretty creepy things in being human, is there anything in paticular that creeps you out?

  • Comment number 33.

Hey Lenora. You're an amazing actress and it has been great seeing the character of Annie develop on screen.

My question is: Is there a particular actor/actress that you admire the work of and why?

    Katrina

  • Comment number 34.

hey i just came to say well done and you where great a thought u had the more loved character because of the situation you where in a would like to know is if you where in your characters shoes and you where in the same situation would you have done the exact same with the whole fiancee crisist hope to see you in season 2 you where great :)

  • Comment number 35.

Russell has said that he'd like to play some darker roles; what sort of thing would you like to be working on next?

  • Comment number 36.

    Hi Lenora!
My 1st question is: In episode 3 Gilbert wanted Annie to have some Gilbert fun but I was wondering what would a day of Lenora fun involve?

And the 2nd: If you were a ghost and like Annie you couldn't eat or drink anything what would be the one meal/snack and one drink you would miss the most?

And I would also just like to say that I thought you were totally brilliant in Sugar Rush which I love to bits. And I am so pleased you are now in Being Human which I think you are seriously amazing in as well. Your portrayal of Annie is wonderful and your comic timing is superb. I hope to see you in loads more things in the future!

    Katie xxx

  • Comment number 37.

Probably a bit late to ask.... this question goes to all 3 - do you have any nick names/pet names either in General or just that you've made up for each other?

  • Comment number 38.

    Hi, i'm Issy!
Congratulations on a spectacular series! You are a really amazing actress, be it in Doctor Who, Sugar Rush or Being Human! Keep up the good work!
I wondered, if you could who would be the one person you'd choose to haunt as a ghost? Or the one person/idol you'd like to meet/see again who've passed away?
Thanks so much and good luck with series 2!

  • Comment number 39.

Probably a bit late now but hey...
Most of these questions i got from watching Ep 6 early... May be teeny spoilers!!

    1. What was it like for you to find out that Annie can in fact be 'killed'? What were your reactions?

    2. How hard was it for you to act out the scenes in Ep 6 in which Annie totally lost control? Annie normally tries to keep calm and collected, was it more fun acting these scenes?

3.Do you think that Annie favors one of the boys more than the other or is she equal to both?
    If she does, then why?

Thankyou in advance, hope to see another great performance tonight :)

    Hannah :]

  • Comment number 40.

    Hiya,

I really liked Andrea Riseborough's portrayal of Annie in the pilot, so I'll admit I was uncertain when I found out someone else was taking over the role.

That being said, your version of the character was great. Andrea's was a bit more spooky, but yours seemed more human somehow. You kept the sense of sadness, but you're less forlorn, more cheerful. (You go to bigger extremes of emotion too.)

I know think this has been asked before, but I'm curious if the changes was a conscious decision.

All the best. And cute wide eye acting when you were getting all vengeful like in episode 5. ;)

  • Comment number 41.

    Hi Lenora,
if you could have picked Annie's last clothes, would you still have chosen the grey cardigan??
Fabulous series, loved every single minute of it, good luck for the future.

  • Comment number 42.

    Hi Lenora,

    I have 5 questions:

    1) If you woke up tomorrow as a ghost who would you want to live with a vampire and a werewolf?

    2) As the series goes on Annie, in my opinion, matures but she still has many childlike characteristics the others seem not to have was it fun playing such a role?

    3) If you were in Annie's flat and a fire started which belongings would you take as a memory?

    4) As you can be visible and invisible you could creep up on people talking about you behind your back, would you? And if so what do you think they'd say?

    5) Your character in the series seems to be very manipulative, in a subtle way, are you like that in real life?

    6) Would you walk through the door?

  • Comment number 43.

    Hi Lenora,
Annie is a fantastic Character to play and you play her really well. What is the best thing about playing a ghost?

  • Comment number 44.

If you could have played any character in the series i.e werewolf or vampire whos would it be. x

  • Comment number 45.

    Heya Lenora!!
Loved your storming of the vampires' lair in episode 6, very cool. My question for you is this: Mitchell and Annie were getting very close in the series. Do you think it will develop into anything more in the next series, and would you want it to?
    Thanks! :)

  • Comment number 46.

    hi lenora,
I'm asking another question cos I've just realised someone's asked nearly the same one as me already!!
    and the question is:-

do you like tea as much as Annie?!

thanks, fantastic series, best thing on telly for months!

  • Comment number 47.

    Hi lenora
was it really annoying that you couldn't change your outfits? because there is nothing a girl loves more then loads of new cool outfits :D

  • Comment number 48.

Hi there Lenora after just watching the final epsiode of season one I must admit I enjoyed your portrayal of Annie. From sadness to power queen it was so good to watch.
I was so glad that you didnt go through the door and will be there for a second series.
Just one more thing I must admit I watched the pilot episode and the whole series and have read many a comment about your portrayal of Annie that I felt that I must comment on this issue. The Annie from the pilot episode was funny and extremely sincere. Where your version of Annie showed more depth and feeling that showed how complex the character of Annie really is.

  • Comment number 49.

    Hi Lenora,

I just wondered if you got to choose Annie's outfit for series 2, what would it be?

  • Comment number 50.

If the ghost part was being portrayed by someone else in Being Human, would you rather be the werewolf or the vampire instead?

  • Comment number 51.

    Hello Lenora,

The character of Annie is very different to your previous roles, what did you do to research your current character?are you happy with the end product?
and finally would there be anything you would change about her for the next series?

    Thanx Odette x

  • Comment number 52.

Ello chuck, I was just wondering how did you manage to get the part of Annie? and when did you first take an interest in Acting?

    Becky x

  • Comment number 53.

Hi there! Firstly your brilliant in Being Human!!
I was so glad when you scared off Owen!

Whats it like working with Russell & Aidan? Seems you have a lot of fun looking at you cam.
Also I think you would make a great companion to Dr Who!
    Cheers!
    Ian

  • Comment number 54.

Do you think you'd put Casper to shame? because I don't think he would make a cup of tea for a vampire and a werewolf
